Great place to stay will definitely come back

Tucked in a tranquil and quiet spot with a spotless bathroom in another section, the Ovens river just minutes walk from the airbnb, and the city centre just a few minutes drive, my stay at Pachamama was such a memorable experience that I’ll remember for years to come. Katie and Jean-Louis were responsive, friendly and welcoming hosts, and the caravan was fully equipped to be able to cook basic meals. I was worried it would get cold at night but with the windows closed it was perfectly insulated and warm. I also loved the outdoor table and bench just outside the caravan so we could eat or have a cup of tea sitting there. Overall the experience was exactly what I expected and wanted :)

Wow, what an incredible place! Breathtaking beauty in every direction. Everything, even to the smallest detail was beautiful and well placed. From the divine loose leaf tea & chai in the glamping tent, the super comfortable blankets and pillows, the high quality native Australian product in the private bathroom to the well thought out communal kitchen & BBQ space - just perfect in every way! Such a joy to spend time in a place like this, immersed in nature and the gorgeous garden of St. Erth. I chose the Ranger tent because it faces west & it was so peaceful in the early evening, watching the sun go down. I will definitely come back for another stay and would like to experience a tent at the pond next time. All the tents look to have amazing views and different aspects that add charm to the experience. Unfortunately there was a guest during my stay who believed it was ok to flick burning cigarette butts around the place, disappointing people can be so stupid. Otherwise, perfection!

We had a fantastic time and will visit and soon.

Mariea is a great host. Always responsive and the place is quite well maintained . We just stayed for a night but it was quite relaxing . We chose the glamping tent which is convenient for 2 and a small kid. Mariea also provided a lot of toys for our toddler to keep her entertained throughout. The site has all the basic amenities you’d need for your stays right from microwave to fridge. Mobile network might not be available for some but it’s actually a blessing in disguise :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was surprised by the amount of amenities (still being camping and all). Plenty of power, clean linen, supplied kettle and bar fridge in tent, and the HEATING!! Space heater in tent AND bathroom, and electric blankets - yes please! Don’t be afraid to stay in Winter, you will be taken care of.

Genevieve is such a lovely host, and so incredibly helpful and responsive! I did a solo trip and this van was the perfect safe and cozy environment, having everything I needed. The local shops are a relatively close walk and it’s the perfect location for a beach getaway as it’s an easy walk and undeniably gorgeous. Super serene and peaceful. Thank you so much Gen! 🩵🩵

Cozy Stay at Kalaru Caravan Our stay at Kalaru Caravan was a wonderful nature retreat! Though tiny, the caravan was comfortable, and the beautiful surroundings made it truly special. We loved the short walk to the river and the peaceful atmosphere. The BBQ facility made our night extra special, and in the morning, we enjoyed watching the farm animals being fed. For those who love camping, there’s also a stunning campsite on the property. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Consider us charmed! Absolutely loved our stay in Flo so much so that we extended another night. It was the perfect getaway with our dog during a heatwave. The sandy beach on the lake, just a minute walk from the accommodation was our biggest highlight - we had the beach all to ourselves over 3 days. The option of using the paddleboard and canoe was a bonus. We also loved the outdoor bath - ideal for relaxing and spotting shooting stars. This is the ideal getaway to slow down and switch off. Make sure to bring plenty of food for cook ups on the bbq. Billy the border collie was gorgeous and very friendly towards our dog. We plan to return! Gaby and Lindsay were lovely and very accommodating hosts.

Such a gorgeous little caravan & private courtyard, easy parking right outside the entrance at the end of a laneway - there was even a little nook in the side of the caravan with a dog bed & bowls. A lovely part of Daylesford within easy walking distance of Kadota & Cliffy’s with the Convent across the road. Super clean & homely - the caravan has a little fireplace which would be lovely & cosy in winter. Something different for a fun getaway - highly recommend.

We stayed 3 nights at Bella’s place. It was absolutely magical being close to Halls Gap but away from the madness of the crowds during the long weekend. The kids loved playing around the dam, catching yabbies and exploring the farm. Looking forward to going back sometime next year.

The bus was perfect and cosy for our long weekend away! Perfect amount of space for 2 of us. All the amenities we needed, everything was clean. Check in was super easy and could come any time we wanted. Great location less than 10 min drive from Jindabyne and 30-40 from Kosciuszko NP and so many amazing walks where we did some hiking. Wood fire was lovely to get going on the last night when temperature dropped. Would definitely stay again :)

What a wonderful experience! This is a beautifully renovated caravan, lovely, clean and cosy. Everything you could think to need is included and having the caravan delivered to our camp site, set up and ready to go is the best part of this holiday!

This was such a nice and peaceful place in the woods, waking up to birdsong and cooking food in the wood fired oven was truly a unique and memorable experience. It’s very private and secluded, back to basics where you can truly reconnect with nature. The caravan and the lodgings are functional and cosy. Host is very responsive and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Josie was an absolutely delightful host! Grace, the caravan, was exactly as depicted and clearly a labour of love. We enjoyed the thoughtful, period-accurate decor and attention to detail. Extremely well provisioned and eco conscious, we wanted for nothing. Plus having the separate ensuite made it an added luxury. Josie was incredibly respectful of our private space and yet perfectly helpful with local suggestions and little extras we forgot to bring, like beach towels. For anyone wanting a cozy getaway that still feels spacious I’d definitely recommend this stay. Plus you’re just minutes from the hot springs, beaches, town, with a host ready with suggestions if you run out of ideas. Thank you Josie for making our stay so enjoyable! Michele and Andy

Kerry & Chris have a beautiful space in a serene setting, a hidden gem. Everything was as described, and Kerry is super responsive. Took us a few days to work out how to use everything, but Kerry was always available, and provided kindness in her patience and generosity by having firewood for us as well as a beautifully cleaned and well thought out space. Would recommend to anyone wanting a private and peaceful stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My mum and I spent the long weekend at this gorgeous little farm. It exceeded every and any expectation we could have had and Tama and her animals were so beautiful and accommodating to us and our dog. The area was absolutely beautiful and you can tell how much love and care Tama puts into her property and animals. This is a must visit place and my mum and I cannot wait to go back. We felt so welcomed and even wished that we had booked for longer. Every amenity was absolutely spotless and Tama’s attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I can’t say any clearer how fun and beautiful our trip was. Thank you so much Tama and animals!!! <333

We had a lovely stay at Marlo Millard. Very cosy space, with a great outdoor shower and bath. The location is really convenient and easy to find. Christopher was kind, quick to respond and clear with instructions. Thank you again xx
