Staying with Lyndel and Don was such a memorable experience! They were incredibly welcoming and passionate about wildlife. The cozy bus accommodation was had everything we needed — from a warm shower to a small kitchen, making our stay super comfortable. The best part? Spending time with the adorable animals and playing Kenubly with Don! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet exciting getaway surrounded by nature and lovely people.

Cosy beds, a very private space, lovely outdoor fire, spotlessly clean facilities and walk in walk out access to the best part of the national park, we couldn't have asked for more. Even in wet weather you can curl up on the comfy couch under a blanket and take in views of the stunning forest and landscaped gardens. A great place to unwind, immerse yourself in nature and take it slow.

Beautiful place with bush views. Seems very remote although it’s only a few minutes from Lorne by car. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and did everything she could to make us feel welcome.

This beautiful little hideaway is hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in. I come here a few times a year and it feels like home. Otto and Susie are so accommodating whilst allowing for complete privacy. Their space is comfortable with every thoughtful touch you could want tucked into the coastal trees. We loved Bertha! Had a fantastic stay, stunning spot and surrounds, so peaceful and beautiful, our little cow neighbours were the best! So nice and friendly and they even liked our dogs. Our dogs also had the best time it was excellent to be able to take them. The bus was so quirky and cute, like glamping and as expected for a vintage bus that there will still be bugs etc but was definitely kept clean and perfectly stocked for everything we needed. Would definitely stay again, thank you Maria and Ben

Carolyn's place is a little piece of paradise. Although it is close to the city, it is set in a lovely valley and is perfectly peaceful. Carolyn has thoughtfully provided everything and more that one could want - from the fairylights to the candles to the Japanese spa bath, to lots of cushions and places to sit and relax. We would go back there for a few more days in a heartbeat!

A truly beautiful hidden gem! My wife and I enjoyed an incredibly relaxing weekend surrounded by farm animals and birds. This was by far the most comfortable glamping experience we've ever had—offering stunning views, exceptional comfort, and plenty of privacy. Our host, Chloe, was warm and very responsive. Highly recommended, can't wait to come back here!

Even though you are technically sharing Dane’s property, the van is set up nicely and you feel it is private enough. Clean space with all the basics that you need. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was just beautiful quiet and we fell in love with the cows. It was just what we needed and it was only 10 mins to Lennox head. Lennox head was also a lovely change the staff in every location where so friendly and accomodating. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.

What a little slice of heaven tucked away in the hinterlands of the central coast. Such a beautiful stay - quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature, with many beaches to explore. We felt right at home instantly and did not want to leave. Thank you for having us and highly recommend :)

Too cute !!! Betty Boop as a caravan was all we needed when it was time to turn in... They say the best room in the house, is NOT in the house... well this whole accommodation is basically a top-end glamping space with a serene view like no other!!! Kookaburras morning and evening... Cheeky young magpies skulking about for a few treats... just heaven !!! We would love to return again and again and again... didnt want to leave, seriously !!!! And please give Charlie a pat for us... the friendliest border collie totally living his best life 🙏🏽🕉❤️

My daughter and I had an unforgettable stay reconnecting in the surrounds of nature! Lisa's caravan was very comfortable, loved the retro vibes and great to chat to both John and Lisa's family. Highly recommended and stones throw away from Balingup and great day trips to both Donnybrook & Bridgetown! :)

What a place to stay! We loved the atmosphere both inside and outside of the carriages. Beautiful indoor fireplace, comfortable beds, a big old deck out front to sit and take in the bush as the sun goes down -Not to mention our fantastic hosts who were very welcoming and kind. What a little Gem!! Such a beautiful place to stay. Rick was amazing and super friendly, our retro caravan was super comfy, perfect for our dogs and the locations is ridiculously beautiful! Beautiful walks around the property. If your your looking for a blissful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shops and beaches look no further! 💗💗

Consider us charmed! Absolutely loved our stay in Flo so much so that we extended another night. It was the perfect getaway with our dog during a heatwave. The sandy beach on the lake, just a minute walk from the accommodation was our biggest highlight - we had the beach all to ourselves over 3 days. The option of using the paddleboard and canoe was a bonus. We also loved the outdoor bath - ideal for relaxing and spotting shooting stars. This is the ideal getaway to slow down and switch off. Make sure to bring plenty of food for cook ups on the bbq. Billy the border collie was gorgeous and very friendly towards our dog. We plan to return! Gaby and Lindsay were lovely and very accommodating hosts.

Our Easter escape to this charming farm stay was pure magic, as it always is! What keeps me coming back is the perfect combination of being close to home while feeling completely "off the grid." I absolutely adore waking up to horses in the paddock right outside our accommodation, and feeding them the carrots provided by the thoughtful owners creates moments I treasure every time. The tranquility is unmatched - no traffic noise, just the soothing sounds of nature and beautiful wildlife all around. Despite returning multiple times, the magic hasn't diminished one bit; if anything, each visit deepens my appreciation for this special place where I can reset and reconnect with nature. It remains my favorite peaceful retreat, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

what you see is what you get. an amazing peaceful location surrounded by nature at its best. rustic, simplistic, yet everything you need to relax and detox for the everyday. from our first contact Doug was amazing to deal with and has ensured all you require for a self contained very private stay is at hand. we did not need for anything more. Think you for shearing your little van and piece of paradise.

A unique and incredible stay with kids. We spent two nights at the canopy and it has everything you need plus wonderful beds and the comforts of electric blankets and hot water. There was lots of space for our dog and it felt like a safari getaway but with great quality appliances and features. One thing I would be aware of is that if you are highly sensitive to noise, the neighbouring cabin is not far away and because it’s a valley, sound travels to the point you can hear more than expected. We had perhaps unaware neighbours who were rowdy and it made our night/mornings not that peaceful. Otherwise an incredible location, accommodation and host.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway in nature. Heater kept us nice and warm during the night and the outdoor kitchen area was very nice to cook, eat and otherwise relax in. The sounds of the river are calming, gently reminding you where you are pretty much at all times when on the property. The external shower and toilet were also well put together, hot water was working great! Appreciated the beautiful reclaimed wood pieces. We booked here to be close to Mount Field National Park and it was totally worth it!

Great experience. I messaged prior with a few questions and he replied promptly. I checked in late and the keys were clearly labeled. I got upgraded from a caravan to a cabin just because it was available. Had such a great time that I stayed an extra night. Thanks Frank!
