We had a fantastic stay at Michelle's place! James was incredibly friendly, and the kids absolutely loved feeding the animals. We visited with our infant, and Michelle had thoughtfully set up a portacot with linen provided, which made things so much easier for us. The entire place was well-equipped and arranged with great care. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Diane’s bed and breakfast is the perfect get away for some family downtime. You’re nestled amongst rolling hills with views of the mountains and surrounded by nature. The home itself has everything you need and Diane is beyond a lovely host. She gives you your privacy, allows you to wonder on her property but is also happy to take you/the whole family out on her property do things involving the animals. It was such a wholesome experience for both my boys and myself. Diane reminded me of my own family, I felt ease whilst staying there over a long weekend. Thank you once again Di!

Thanks for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The place is well-furnished, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Our toddler had an amazing time exploring the farm, interacting with the animals, picking fresh strawberries and veg, and enjoying fresh eggs for breakfast. It was such a lovely getaway and farm experience for our family including our dog. :) We would highly recommend!

Thank you Joe for a beautiful weekend to celebrate my best friend and partners birthdays. Absolutely stunning view and was amazing to wake up to the sounds of the cows. Beds were very comfortable and love the open plan living layout.

This house is gorgeous - quaint, cosy, well-stocked and beautifully peaceful. The highlight for us was the collection of roaming sheep, alpacas and very friendly doggo, Murphy. Cam and Sarina are responsive and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. Felt very private and Anne was a beautiful host and helped us with all we needed :) Amazing to be feeling like we’re in the country but so close to Torquay. We will definitely be back!!

Second time staying at Wild Falls in the second property. Could not recommend both places more highly, Tarra Bulga is beautiful. Sima and Josh are brilliant. Looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed one night as we were traveling though. The cabin was compact but comfortable and had all the essentials. The sanctuary is absolutely amazing and the animals were incredible. You have to visit Ray the ostrich and see him dance. So awesome. At first we were a little wary of the huge free ranging turkey but after getting to know him, we became best friends, and he followed us around the farm acting as our tour guide! He is a beautiful creature. We love Tommy the friendly turkey :D there's also a vast range of other impressive animals like camels and Canadian elks. It's like having a zoo all to yourself. We appreciated the late check out so we had time to enjoy the farm in the morning before we left. We met one of the hosts who was very welcoming and showed us around, it was great to hear some of the stories behind these animal rescues. You can see these animals get a lot of love and live happy lives here. Great place and hope to be back one day.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Star gazing in the hot tub was our highlight. Would recommended it for anyone who loves the farm and being with nature. We saw alpacas and kanagaroos in the backyard. Very high quality kitchenware when cooking up a storm. Great night sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfy! Only feedback is to have entrance lights/driveway lights to the cottages. Note, we arrived quite late in the dark. Otherwise, loved the experience!

We booked Paramoor because I was looking to find somewhere similar to my childhood home - and I was successful. We were surrounded by beautiful gums. We loved all the birds (black cockatoos, kookaburras, wrens, corellas and best of all, the hens (who looked like they were straight out of an Aardman movie). The cabin was lovely – a perfect hideaway that was rustic but had every modern convenience you might need. There was a wood fire and enough wood for the entire weekend. We roamed through paddocks, meeting kangaroos, as well as their friendly horses and sheep. We enjoyed a wine tasting and had an amazing dinner in Kyneton at Midnight Starling. Lunch the next day at Little Swallow Café. We drove back to Melbourne feeling refreshed but would have preferred to stay longer. Our hosts were helpful, informative and very genuine in their enthusiasm for their business. I highly recommend.

The chefs shed was the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Anneke was an amazing host, and was very attentive. The air b n b its self was rustic and beautiful - even better than the photos. The sauna was a perfect way to relax with stunning views of the cows and fields. There was fresh eggs from the chicken pen, herbs from the garden and local spring water left in the kitchen for us to use. 5 star- I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at one of Mark’s cabins! Where do I start? The signs and cabin itself were very clearly labelled which made it so easy to find. When we walked inside we were so happy to see and feel the tidiness and cleanliness of the cabin. It was so comfortable and had more than we needed for our stay! The set-up offered privacy, fantastic views and a peaceful atmosphere. Mark was also very kind, approachable and friendly. Although we are familiar with the area, we found Mark’s emails before check-in extremely helpful and informative. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend Coastal Cabins to our friends and family. Thanks Mark!

Steve and Anna's cottage was a wonderful stay. A charming, cosy and warm cottage befitting of the area. The spa bath and pool table was fun, the furniture was comfy and the beds gave a great night's sleep. A wonderful option for a small family getaway, or friends to meet up for a weekend away. Steve and Anna have clearly put lots of effort in offering this high standard accommodation, with plenty of useful advice and local recommendations found in the guest book.

We absolutely loved our one night stay. So very peaceful & quaint. Thoroughly enjoyed reading all about the history of family life & about the property itself. Looking out on the rock with a glass of wine on a glorious sunset was a just divine.

We had an amazing stay at Frans place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to wineries and amneties , yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Fran was incredibly kind and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Thank you Fran

Lovely quiet cottage in a beautiful location. Lots to do in the local area. Greeted by Luca the friendly dog, and Tony and Jacky were wonderful hosts who went over and above by providing homemade bread and cake!

A Great house for a large group. Beautiful relaxing landscape with a nice generous verandah to enjoy it on. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Marijkes cottage. The cottage was clean and just as described on the listing. We were greeted by Harley on arrival as well as the steers in the paddock behind the cottage. Our girls loved the farm experience and their interactions with Harley throughout the stay. Marijke and Jon were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to return.
