Nice place for short stays

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Beatrice's apartment is located in a great area, just a 10-minute walk from the center, but located in a quiet area. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need, especially regarding the kitchen and bathroom. Beatrice is an impeccable host, very welcoming and above all very willing to give suggestions regarding restaurants and what to do in the area. We had a great time during the stay and I suggest Beatrice's apartment, not only for the great location, but above all for Beatrice's kindness, friendliness and hospitality.
