Newly renovated two-story house, all brand new, super clean and tidy. In a quiet and quiet area. Parking space inside the courtyard is very useful. Denis host friendly, available and attentive to the guest. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

Well-stocked apartment in a really very strategic location, with all services, practically in the center offers great rest, proximity to all the interesting places in Parma and great as a solution for those who work. Bright and quiet, equipped with everything. The very exceptional host, very kind and really proved to be one of the best I've encountered over the years I've used this platform. Excellent value for money, in short, we recommend both for short stays and for medium-term stays for vacation or business reasons.

Beautiful house to enjoy the family holidays. Well located for visiting Italy ( Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre...). The calm, the view and the pool are the assets of this house. Not to mention the kindness of the hosts 😊

Maria’s B&B is a wonderful quiet and peaceful place. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and she went out of her way to organise a tour for us. Our stay was short but would highly recommend.

This was a fantastic place to stay! It is centrally located in the city center. The place was spotless! Luca met me and gave me a wonderful overview of the place and answered all my questions about the hair dryer and how to dry my clothes. I can tell a lot of thought and care has been put into the place. All of the windows are new and there were plenty of radiators throughout the apartment. I was there in December and was cozy warm! The mattress was comfortable and the hosts had supplied every amenity you could want; even a new ionic hair dryer! I would highly recommend this stay!

Thank you to our Host, who allowed us to spend a week in an apartment equipped with all the necessary amenities, as at home. Quiet and convenient location for getting around, there are also supermarkets and a convenient laundromat nearby. He welcomed us upon arrival by providing us with all the necessary information to experience the house and the surroundings. Thank you, it was a pleasure.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Alice’s bnb. We stayed 2 nights and wish we had time for another night. It was the cleanest and nicest airbnb, or hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy in the 18 days prior on this trip. Spotless and beautiful. It is in the countryside and had great views from the room of the hills and river. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. We also took full advantage of the pool during a hot day. Alice went above and beyond for our stay and I can’t thank her enough. After asking for suggestions, she went out of her way to book restaurant reservations and activities including tours of a Parmesan factory, prosciutto factory, and the oldest balsamic vinegar vineyard in the world. Her family also runs a local dairy so her products were a welcome treat in the morning as well. My wife and I had an amazing stay and hope that we can visit again in the future!
