Sarah’s home was serene, clean, and the level of hospitality and warmth she brought made my stay feel the way home ought to feel! The sun shine, sense of peace, the incredible location and positive energy are a boon for anyone looking for someplace happy and positive to call their sanctuary. From the lush backyard to the incredible wildlife that gathers morning and night I can’t give this place enough* credit. Definitely recommend it if you’re in LA!

Jay is a great host. He provided a clean, well equipped space that was exactly as described. He gave me a ton of local recommendations and was very responsive to all communications. He would check in regularly to see how things were going, and if I had an issue he made sure to resolve it the same day.

I stayed at this place for over three months, and the highlight of my experience was the host’s excellent communication. They were always so quick to address any issues that came up, which made the stay much smoother. The host was so polite, kind and responsive. The place is just as shown in the photos, clean, and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near bus and metro stations, which is great if you don’t have a car. If you do have a car, it’s an easy drive to Culver City, Santa Monica, and Venice. Grocery stores and CVS are also nearby. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a long stay, and the regular monthly cleaning of the front porch and backyard was a nice touch. The only minor downside was some noise from cars on the street at night, which is outside the host’s control. I got used to it after a while, but light sleepers might want to consider earplugs. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would totally recommend it.

Such a unique lovely place to stay. This space, on the smaller side, is well laid out, extremely clean and abundantly supplied with everything you can think of and more, quality everything in this space! Hosts were readily available and acccomodating. Marsha does a superior job of ensuring that accommodations are in top condition. We staid 3 months and it was awesome with a friendly vibe. It is evident that the hosts care about your experience in the hobbit rental. Excellent space for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
