Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Parma

Miriam and her husband gave us an amazing experience. The house is perfect for large groups, everyone has their own space, we were four families with 7 children and we had a great time. The house is cozy, with a space outside that in good weather has been used at the maximum. In the same way, the interiors welcomed us all, with a kitchen with a glass window that overlooks the pool, we fell in love! We recommend it for those who need to recharge! The "sun" of the house heats up.

We had a great time over the winter holidays in this beautiful historical building in the heart of Parma. The house was clean and warm and has amazing spaces. Adriano was a great host, he explained in great detail the history of the building and its surroundings and gave us some good advice in events happening in the city. The only improvements I would suggest are: some extra (or new) pillows for the beds, a renovation of the first floor lighting (lights are quite low and bright) and perhaps a larger/comfier sofa for the living room. Overall we had a great experience!

A one-of-a-kind magical place. Not very easy access (there is a fairly long dirt road to travel), but once we arrived we felt lucky to have found this place surrounded by nature. The accommodations are renovated with natural materials and respectful of rural architecture, tastefully furnished both outside and inside. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. We'll be back.

There were 2 of us with a toddler. It, s a great place to stay. In the winter there is a gas heater in the room to warm up. It is an old but completely newly renovated traditional stone house. It was really a very nice stay and we will definitely be back. You were immediately welcome in the village and the owner's mom invited us directly for a coffee. We have never been greeted so warmly. The space is great with very well assembled kitchen, great rooms and an excellent shower! The place is very quiet, practically in the countryside: very quiet and pleasant. We liked it very much, but Manuela was too much: she made a point of welcoming us, even though we arrived late and on a cold night; moreover, it made us comfortable and facilitated our checkout; very fine people!

Federica’s family home was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It is so beautiful, full of personality, and remarkably clean. Federica was splendid as a host — she went out of her way to give us recommendations for the area. We had a truly wonderful time at Casa Barbieri.

If you are looking for real peace and an environment with original restaurants, this is the perfect place. Rita and Franco are real hosts who are interested in what you have undertaken that day. They'll give you tips that fit your interest. Plus, you have a great garden, fast wifi and that's convenient if you'd like to work or write on a book like me. The deer walk through the garden. If you are in the season, you can use the offer in the vegetable garden, so delicious organic apples, nuts, aubergines, tomatoes, zucchini! You may need to get used to the narrow roads, but the Italians in the neighborhood are courteous and friendly. On your visit, don't forget the fantastic cheese shop within walking distance of the house!

Really large apartment for 5 people in a very quiet area with 2 private gardens on the sides fully equipped with everything you can need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom with a washer and dryer. Very comfortable beds and pillows and warm home at the right point. Street parking in front of the apartment; supermarket really 100 steps from the house. Overall, a very kind and helpful experience, Mrs. Nadia was a pleasure to spend New Year's Eve in Cavriago on New Year's Eve 2025

Great location, walking distance to the stadium for those interested and about 15 minutes from downtown on foot! A pleasant walk in a pedestrian area and the small alleys that surround the center We found everything clean and as shown in the photo, easy and self check-in Private parking included Apartment with attention to detail, clean towels made available to us. A very welcoming host, he left us a binder with all the information we needed. We also had breakfast for the next day, in case we didn't have time to buy the necessities. Towels, shampoo, and other things like that, the perfect host who thinks of everything. Not to mention the apartment which was really perfect for our group of 8.

Clean, impeccable house.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

We had a truly wonderful stay. Simona and Rocco are fantastic hosts who were ever ready to respond to questions and provide recommendations. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, with lots of pantry staples. We enjoyed the location - super close to the parking station and so many restaurants and bars nearby. We would highly recommend the apartment to other guests. You know you have found a great air b n b when you feel like locals by the end of your stay! Thank you!

Great place to stay. All went well. I arrived by car and found the paid parking in the parallel street in the blue spots, I found it easier to download the app by scanning the barcode at the pay station.

Paola's home had everything you required for our short stay. There is a small supermarket 300m away, and 2 buses that allowed us to easily get into Parma city. Paola was a great host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answered any queries we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to be a short distance to the city.
