House holiday rentals in Parma

Very nice place, on a huge private, fenced property. Surrounded by olive trees and a really enchanted property, this invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe or dinner. Without disturbing views, sauna is made possible here with adjoining wood-fired jacuzzi. A dream! The massively surrounding winemakers provide the right wine. Wine tasting is also available everywhere here. The owner is very accommodating and respects privacy. Your residential building is located on this property, but not in the view of the Guesthouse. Shopping facilities such as a supermarket, specialty shops, bakeries, etc. are about 30 minutes walking distance. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will be back! Thanks for the great getaway!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. “The stay in Costaborga was just fantastic! The apartment is just as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly decorated and super cozy. The location is ideal, in a quiet area, but still close to all major attractions. I especially liked the fireplace oven! The hostess was very friendly and attentive, gave us helpful tips before arrival and was always quickly available for questions. Everything has been thought of to make your stay enjoyable – from small extras like welcome snacks, coffee and toiletries to practical details like a simple check-in/check-out process. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

The house is as the pictures show, it is stunning and the surrounding area is very beautiful. The house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Our stay was perfect. The accommodations are comfortable and the house is large, very convenient and pleasant. The surrounding towns with their castles and town centres are beautiful and perfect for leisure strolls. And it is close enough to Parma so we spent a lot our time in Parma. Patrizia is a perfect host. She provided everything we needed, and great recommendations as well.

Great place in a residential area. Close to where we had to be, so location was perfect. Parking was not private but found space right infront of the house both days/nights. Spacious living room but tight bedroom, both comfortable though. Good host!

If you want a nice and secluded stay in the authentic countryside of Italy then this is the place for you. Ca Rosa is the perfect spot to relax and wind down from everyday business. The house is very new/modern and you'll be suited to all of your needs!

Very welcoming place and super helpful host. We stayed for a weekend, the Bnb really liked it, we particularly appreciated the kitchen also equipped with a fireplace that creates a beautiful atmosphere, the bedroom is warm and spacious, the only downside can be attributed to the slightly narrow shower and the spiral ladders at the entrance that could be a little rusty from the moment you have large hand luggage. Everything else is great.

Maria Grazie's place is a beautiful depandance immersed in the greenery of the Parma plain. Beautiful spaces, cozy, warm, like being at home. I had a comfortable and quiet night, very comfortable bed! Highly recommended if you want to visit the Parma area or, convenient to everything and close to good restaurants. More than a positive experience!

Mr. Vincenzo was extremely friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the front porch and the opportunity to grill. Around the house there is a comfortable playground and a nice path through the hills to walk serenely even with children.

Stayed for a week, absolutely loved it! The host is cooperative and very responsive. Easy communication. We felt comfortable and would definitely be back again. Thanks for your hospitality!
