Condo holiday rentals in Northern Rivers

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay. We could walk to the beach, Cafe and resturant. All basics in the kitchen were provided and a bottle of sparkling wine!

Amazing place, great host - no parking which was a bit tricky but managed to sort it out quick thanks to some helpful instructions from the host - overall beautiful home and very responsive host.

We had a fabulous stay at David's house. He was even kind enough to leave a cake and chocolates to help celebrate my birthday. Perfect location, lovely and clean would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Every little detail has been considered, especially for families with kids, making it such an easy and enjoyable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this stay as comfortable as possible. It's tucked away in a quiet location, yet still so central, with everything you need within arms reach. We loved it so much that we extended our stay—and even then, we still wished we could’ve stayed longer! The hosts were absolutely lovely—helpful, supportive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Nikki was very helpful in answering any questions I had. The property was great, and is only a 2 minute walk from the amazing General Store cafe. We loved it!

Our stay was amazing ! We booked late due to being messed about by another air bnb host and Tony accepted us almost instantly and gave us instructions on how to get the key to check in ! We couldn’t find the code we needed and called the number and was neared first time ! Amazing communication nice and responsive ! The place itself is immaculate has Everything you need , great location , great views and makes you feel at home ! Saved mine and my partners trip to surfers paradise !

A single Dad travelling with his 15 year old son and stayed at Johnny's Beachside apartment for eight nights. The space was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable and felt fresh and modern despite being in an older building, a testament to the care Johnny has put into creating it. The location was just about perfect - close enough to the action of Surfers Paradise but overlooking the more peaceful end to the North. Beds were clean and comfortable. My Teenage son slept on the Sofa bed and reported that it felt like sleeping in a real bed. The big screen TV is also a handy inclusion for the inevitable Gold Coast night where it is just too rainy to go out. Fortunately we had just one of those. What we will both miss the most though is the pair of Lorikeet friends who joined us each morning for breakfast and sang for us from the Window railing. Thankyou Johnny for a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The place is huge, spotless clean! It’s a few blocks away from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, right in front of the tram station.. everything you need at your fingertips. It was an amazing holidays for the family. Thank you Brad!

We had an amazing stay at Leah’s apartment. It’s in the heart of surfers paradise, so easy to walk around. The apartment had everything you possibly need and more, we were very happy with the overall aesthetic of the place and how cosy and beautiful it was. The facilities on site were great, we chilled in the pool, used gym and a sauna and played tennis. highly recommend! Many thanks for hosting us

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

Kira home is lovely and she is such an easy going host to deal with. We had a lovely time at the complex, which offers you a great pool area and the choice of also going to the beach, which is only a few metres away. Great memories 🧡

the location is spot on, the host is extremely responsive. a parking spot provided. Can hear the ocean, can see the ocean. It has an outdoor pool, a spa, sauna. The building is not the newest/smells a bit (the ventilation is always on, yet smells when you enter the apartment). hence the three stars for the cleanliness. the location is excellent

We had a great stay at Anne’s apartment. Check in was very easy and Anne was very communicative and fast to respond. Would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.
