We had the most beautiful stay! The bathroom was really clean and the general layout was just lovely for a couple to enjoy the surroundings. At one with nature and the wildlife. The views are stunning and its walking distance to the centre of Bellingen which was ideal. The hill felt like great exercise too! Would definetly go back!

Perfect peace of paradise!! Amazing property and more than you could ask for. Great facilitates at the accommodation itself and on the property. Excellently appointed flow of the accommodation with a jacuzzi that is such a masterpiece of the cabin allowing you to really enjoy the peace and serenity and long nights of star gazing and then also a beautiful fireplace. Great walking tracks on the property and scattered seating areas to enjoy the wildlife and surrounds. We will be back!!

Matt is a fantastic host and had created a beautiful space to relax. The surroundings were so peaceful and the views stunning. Bath outside under the stars was a beautiful way to relax. Matt also provided breakfast options with juice, delicious sourdough, organic eggs and peanut butter. Everything we needed, was there! It felt very private and was easy to find and check in! I would highly recommend this stay.

James' place was amazing, it was a great little getaway, kids loved the horse Sam and the cows Billy and moose. the hot tub was perfect and the view and setting when sitting in it was perfect, would highly recommended this to anyone wanting to get away for a cozy night/weekend away

My husband and I took a staycation here for 2 nights and it was beautiful. We felt right at home and the home had so many small details that we loved! The outdoor bath and view was stunning and such a nice treat. We did a late checkin and unfortunately had a miscommunication with the gate code but it was very quickly resolved and Garth even brought us coffees in the morning for the inconvenience! We will definitely be back to stay here again!

It was such a special experience to stay here!! A super cute little cabin atop a hill surrounded by lush gum trees and nature- oh the serenity! 🌳✨🌄 My parents built this home and I grew up enjoying this property thoroughly, creating many memories with my family, especially my late father, Gerry. It was a surreal but genuinely wonderful experience to return here to enjoy a stay in the cute little cabin Thea and Justin have built here, and relax with a delicious soak in the magnesium hot tub! ✨ Thea and Justin were so very accommodating, hosting me for a delicious dinner and allowing me to walk through their home, as I reminisced the days I called it home myself. What Thea and Justin have done with the place since it became their family home - is heartwarming to see. It's comforting to know the place I grew up watching my father care for and put his sweat and tears into building, is being looked after and appreciated so greatly by Justin and Thea with the same creative passion. 💚

We had the most peaceful and rejuvenating stay at Benita's beautiful cabin nestled in lush greenery. The surroundings were absolutely stunning — rolling hills, creeks, and the backdrop of the mountains. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Not to mention the huge outdoor bath and outdoor fire pit we enjoyed of an evening. Watching the sunrise with the view of the misty landscape was pure magic. We loved interacting with the cute farm animals and variety of geese and chickens. Benita was warm, welcoming, and happy to share her journey of the property. We can't wait to return soon!

This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The Lakehouse was immaculate, with delicious breakfast treats supplied by Kerry (eggs by their chickens!!), gorgeous linens, and every relaxing amenity imaginable. The kitchen is beautifully supplied, the hot tub is lovely, and we went around the lake in both their beautiful wooden rowboat and in kayaks. Special mention for the incredible gardens and plantings everywhere. The flowers are wonderful and all is maintained to perfection. Barry and Kerry are very generous hosts. We hated to leave!

Such a magical stay with lovely little touches like fairy doors on the large trees and a spot under the branches to watch the sunset. The space was extremely clean, the bed comfy and the location tranquil with perks like a fire pit to sit by under the stars and a fairy light-lit patio with a bbq while close enough to everything we wanted to do in Stanthorpe/the Granite Belt. Couldn’t recommend this stay more!

We loved our stay at the Acute Abode! The location was stunning and cottage was so cute. It was a great place to disconnect for a few nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to the Cheesemakers Cottage. This peaceful location is incredibly beautiful, the cottage is full of character with everything you need and the area is excellent for walking and exploring. We will be back!!

Too cute !!! Betty Boop as a caravan was all we needed when it was time to turn in... They say the best room in the house, is NOT in the house... well this whole accommodation is basically a top-end glamping space with a serene view like no other!!! Kookaburras morning and evening... Cheeky young magpies skulking about for a few treats... just heaven !!! We would love to return again and again and again... didnt want to leave, seriously !!!! And please give Charlie a pat for us... the friendliest border collie totally living his best life 🙏🏽🕉❤️

We were there for a golf weekend and everyone enjoyed the house and privacy. Close to everything and enough beds for everyone.

Spent a weekend at this wonderful cabin with a few friends, and it was an amazing experience! The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and packed with amenities. The views are absolutely spectacular, making it the perfect getaway spot. A special shoutout to Rachel, our host, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She provided great recommendations for the best spots in the area, which added to our overall experience. We loved every bit of our stay and would definitely come back. Fabulous stay! Beautiful bush land surroundings in a great area. Comfy bed, everything you need. Lovely pool. Owned and run by genuine locals. Perfect base to explore the area.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful inside and out and we enjoyed our stay so much! An incredibly peaceful weekend and we will definitely be back! Laura was lovely and so informative, we had no trouble finding the cabin or with self check in and also received great recommendations from Laura before our arrival. Very comfortable and tidy little studio. All you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. I stayed for two weeks and was very happy here. Very easy to manage the cooling with a good air conditioner and fan. Was able to make good meals, coffee and snacks in the kitchen with all good appliances. Good size fridge with freezer and ice maker. Washing machine was large and everything dried quickly in the covered deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Bob was great to deal with from the get-go. The cabin was just as it appears on the listing and perfect for our 2 night stay to attend a wedding just a few K's away.

We had a lovely stay at Rosalita's. Peaceful farm stay. Enjoyed a night time bath under the stars. Able to stargaze and be visited by some friendly cows! PS. Shout out to the local Mexican restaurant Rosafenas, five minutes down the road!

Marie’s place was lovely to stay at. She was very pleasant to communicate with and always responsive. The cottage itself was very quaint with lovely mountain views, as described.
