Monthly Rentals in Medianía Baja

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

We spent a week at Sergio's place. Location was great with easy access to the numerous nearby attractions. His place was spacious, very comfortable. and clean. we particularly liked his screened in patio. neighborhood was quiet and friendly. quite a few free roaming cats and dogs in the neighborhood but no problems at all. Sergio was all we could ask for from a host. friendly and available. would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sergio.

We spent a month here, just got home and can’t wait to go back. Denise was always very responsive and helpful. Gave us great suggestions for dinner. From beach towels and chairs everything you need is there. We purchased another blender and left behind for others to enjoy, the old one had mixed one to many piña colada, so we decided to get a new one. The pool was always sparkling and inviting and the workers were very friendly… when you walk to the beach and see the 2 brother pups, please give them a little extra love from us. Can’t wait to head back to this place. Thank you Denise for being such a great host!

We had a great stay! Extremely responsive and flexible for our arrival and departure. The apartment was very clean and decorated super cute - it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space. The rooftop was a nice feature as well. The complex was just as expected the pool was great. Perfect sun all day with views of the ocean. I suggest going to Luquillo beach about 15 minutes away if you wanted to go in the ocean or lay on the beach. If you walk about 5-8 min to the right of the entrance it is very private and calm waters. We loved it! The area outside of the complex isn’t great - but you won’t be walking around so it was fine for us. I highly recommend a rental car because you will need to drive to restaurants there isn’t anything in the area. We loved Sama and The Hitching Post. Both amazing!!
