Great place!! The unit is the closest to the ocean and has a lovely view of the ocean on the balcony and in master bedroom. Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything you need!! Only thing to note is that it is in an area with no restaurants. You have to travel 30 mins in either direction for food. We cooked a lot in the condo which worked wonderfully! Pools and hot tubs lovely! Damaris was excellent and responsive host.

extremely clean and homely apartment in the house there is a lot that you can take with you to the beach also for active rest as well as a cooler and many other things. clean, beautiful, everything works. we really liked it

Costamar beach village has well maintained grounds and buildings. It’s located a short distance from beaches, San Juan, El Yunque, and a super Walmart for supplies. The pool was clean and refreshing, there is a small beach with shade if you decide to stay local for a day. Yvette keeps a super clean place and the atmosphere in the complex was friendly

Nazelin was very responsive and very nice to work with. I would stay at any of her properties again. I appreciate that she was patient enough to remind me about the check in process a few days before our trip. The condo we stayed in was very clean and simple! No frills (in a good way), and had most things we needed. It was right near one of the pools and a playground, which my kids loved. Aquatika itself is a great little complex and VERY clean. I felt safe and the other patrons around the complex were all nice people. The beaches in and around Loiza were lovely! Gorgeous water. Gorgeous weather. All in all, great first introduction to PR!

Comfortable place, it is safe, right by a private beach and pool which is a great vibe for Puerto Rico. Very responsive as well when we had questions about anything in the unit.

By far the best experience me and my family had. Frances is a great host. The instructions are very clear, the scenery was picture perfect, the amenities and place were stunning. We loved every minute of every moment.

This is the life! I can't count how many times my husband and I said that to each other while staying at Wendy's condo. As beautiful and spotless as the condo was, the highlight was the OCEAN VIEWS!! We started each morning on the rooftop terrace with coffee, and a couple days we spent almost the entire day up there. Why leave when you're in paradise? Just use the propane grill for dinner. The pool and beach are super close to this unit. The community is gated and felt very safe/secure, both during the day and at night. A highlight was visiting Piñones Beach, about 15 minutes away. The condo was immaculate and Wendy provided for every little detail....extra pillows and linens, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper towels, plenty of TP. We couldn't be more pleased. It exceeded our expectations! We hope to return soon! Thank you, Wendy!

using google maps takes you to the back side of the complex. need to go around. went to El Parrilla, Carretera 187 Km. 23.5, Loíza, 00772 was the best meal i had in PR.

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

Our family had a wonderful time here. The condo is exactly as described and Julie is a wonderful host. The condo is in a very safe and convenient location. We loved the whole condo premises as well. You are literally steps away from a beautiful pool and a very short walk to the beach. We highly recommend Julie and this condo!! Thanks so much Julie!!

Very responsive host. Apartment was clean. Loved the pool view every morning. The whole complex is perfect for families because theres is always something to do. I wish there was map or something when you first drive into the complex because we had no idea where the apartment was so we wondered around for a few mins. Supermarkets and fast food a short drive away definitely need a car. Love the little private beach. Great stay! Will definitely come back!

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

The place was very private, tidy and peaceful. The host was very responsible, accommodating and attentive. It was near the beach and about 30 minutes to San Juan and Luquillo and the ferry ⛴️. Overall I enjoyed it there and will definitely come back and rent again in the future.

I had such a wonderful and relaxing time felt right at home but with better weather! I definitely recommend! Raúl was very helpful and made so easy for us to get to from the airport very fast n easy! We had assigned parking and felt safe with security at the gate. Will definitely be back soon!

Veronica was an amazing host! She was very responsive, making communication effortless, and her place had everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Lydia’s place was exactly what was pictured in the photos and what we expected upon arrival! It was a great mid(ish) point for activities we wanted to take part in during our trip - in San Juan, Liquillo and Fajardo. We sat out on the porch every night and went night swimming in the pools directly outside the apartment. We shopped both at the nearby Walmart and Famcoop and cooked most meals in the well equipped kitchen. Having laundry in the apartment was fantastic. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jeannette’s condo. It was clean and the perfect place for our vacation. It was close to the airport and conveniently located to all the hot spots. Jeannette responded immediately to all of our questions. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

The place was amazing with multiple pools and access to the beach. Security is very tight and that made me feel safe with my family. This is the second m time staying in the property and will be back again. Great mid point between San Juan and Fajardo. Ruth was a great host!

We had a wonderful experience at Jose's place, which was perfect for our family of six. It felt so welcoming and clean, and we truly appreciated all the amenities available. The kids had an amazing time at the pool, while the adults found so much joy at the beautiful beach nearby. It really was a lovely setting for our family to connect and create memories together. We would absolutely love to return in the near future!

Great place to stay while in Puerto Rico. The Beach is so close to the Airbnb. Nice lady.

Nothing short of excellent, the staff and rental are good for a solo trip or couple with one other. it is connected to a a beach , the residence is clean and staff are very accommodating. Be mindful the staff and locals don't speak English but do their best to assist you , there is a local pharmacy/ store near by for snacks, drinks, food , Tylenol etc....that accepts credit card and cash. bring quarters as there is laundry on site.. It is out of the city but not that far.. 30 min drive from San Juan airport and EL yunque and a 15 min drive from Rio grande It was my first Airbnb and first trip Puerto Rico, I would come back and hope to rent from Jay again.

Ruth was a very attentive and helpful host, and her rental was beautiful, clean, and adequately stocked with amenities. We would absolutely recommend this rental (especially for families) and we would recommend Ruth as a super host as well.
