Holiday rentals with a pool in Medianía Baja

Javi and his team were very communicative. The house was as expected from the pics and the location was great for us.

Pedro was an amazing host. Everything was as described and showed on the pictures. Very spacious and accomodating house with all the listed and required amenities (plus extra), along with backup solar power, in the event of a power outage. You felt right at home.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect trip. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous, offering great local tips and even making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The space itself was absolutely amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It was clear that they put a lot of love and effort into making sure their guests had a top-notch experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. They are the definition of exceptional hosts, and I can’t wait to return! Really nice and clean place, host made everything easier, very accesible and easy to talk to. The place is beautifully decorated and quiet! Pool’s temperature was just perfect. Will rent again!

Priscella and her team was hands on in instructions, directions and communication. The house gave me home away from home. My fren and i enjoy our time there, although it was suppose to be a larger group, but you lnow how vacation planning goes, Priscella had list of activities to participate in too, overall she was a great host Thank you guys and we sure will be bck too

The condo we stayed at was great! The rooftop deck was larger than I expected and had so much seating area. The location was great. About 30 minutes from the airport and 20-30 minutes to all the many excursions I booked.

Javier is an awesome host! Very helpful and friendly and super responsive. The condo is clean and well appointed, and from the back deck you feel like you are in the middle of your own jungle paradise! The coqui frogs provide a lovely symphony every night, too! We will be back!

It was a pleasant stay. Very close to the beach. The lazy river is right under the balcony.

The host is local and easy to communicate with, and responsive to messages. This unit has a lovely ocean front view which we found very nice and relaxing. The unit is stocked with plenty of towels, several beach chairs, a cooler and ice packs - these items were much appreciated. We chose this area because of its location between San Juan and fajardo and the rain Forrest where we had activities planned. It’s quite convenient in that regard. Also there was a wonderful strip of restaurants en route to San Juan- wish we had discovered that earlier and enjoyed them more - great local food! As for the area immediately around Aquatika, it would be a good idea to read about Loiza and the area so you know what to expect. We felt generally safe inside the gates in the evenings.

Very good value for the cost. The resort is a little dated, but lots of pools, beach, etc for the whole family. Parking was easy and secure. The host was very responsive and as helpful as one could be during an island wide power outage.

We rented 2 condos for 13 guests- 10 adults, 2 children, & 1 baby. The condo is exactly as the description & photos. The pools, lazy river, lounge area, basketball court, putt putt course, tennis court & beach make the property perfect for everyone! One of our favorite restaurants, El Parilla was a short walk away. The location makes it nice & easy to venture in all directions- we visited Carolina, old San Juan, Loiza, El Yunque, one of the 3 bio bays, & a catamaran day trip to snorkel. All of our outings were within a 45 min drive from the condo & the grocery was a short 15 min trip. Our family highly recommends this condo & this complex for a very relaxing vacation… if you don’t want to explore- pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, & sunglasses. Stop @ the grocery for food that you can prepare @ the condo or grab a bag of charcoal to be used @ one of the property grills & enjoy a bbq

Beautiful place to stay at. It was very quiet and peaceful. Places to go are walkable and food is close by. The pool and home was amazing. Miguel was very responsive and very nice. Would definitely book again.

All in all. Great!! When you are driving up to the place it looks a bit weathered. Then getting in to the condo the instructions to park are a little confusing. It says the 4th parking lot but it’s the 4th parking spot on your right in front of the building. Highway 3 is a nice main drag to get to the El Yunque rain forest and other restaurants and stores. Yvonne’s place was very clean and had nice touches like board games, towels for the beach and a cooler. Maybe beach chairs wills be addition.
