Holiday rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Aquatika Beach Boho home for my best friends bachelorette. We had the best time in this property. It was so well equipped, clean and spacious. Looked like the pictures. Offers a private beach and swimming pool. They also had beach mats, pool noodle, floatie etc in the house. Definitely would stay here again if I go to PR.

Thank you for a beautiful place! We loved all the personal touches. We loved the beach cooler, the beach chairs and beach bags. The pool and being able to walk to the private beach was a plus.

Very detailed instructions on how to get to the location and of things that are around. Place is comfortable and has ACs in every room which was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was as described. Easy access to get in and out of the complex, beds were comfortable, had all the towels and dishes we needed, outdoor space was amazing. Cesar always made sure we knew how to get ahold of him if we needed anything. Plenty of space to spread out for our family of 5 with a couple extra beds even.

Had a fantastic stay! Shawn's place was a perfect homebase to see all the wonderful things Puerto Rico has to offer. We used our rental car to visit San Juan and various beaches on the north east side of the island. Conveniently located near the national forest and all it's offerings. We were also close to zip lining and the bioluminescent bay trips. The place itself was as described. All the essentials included, we especially appreciated the cooler for our beach trips! We also spent a lot of time on the roof top patio. Plenty of room for our family of 4 - the kids appreciated their own rooms. Shawn is the most responsive host I've ever dealt with - we got to enjoy the New Year's blackout, Shawn was providing any updates he found regarding the power situation. Thanks for everything Shawn appreciate it!

Super great private penthouse with great views! Nick was a superb host and was helpful every step of the stay with plenty of recommendations for food and activities. Made our first trip to Puerto Rico so easy and carefree!

Ruth’s place was spacious & clean. Any issues or questions you could write her & she was very responsive & helpful. She provided way more than the average host. Lots of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, spices to cook, bug spray, playpen, booster seat, chairs & wagon for the beach & balls to play outside. The community itself was a nice gated community. Felt safe & went on walks every morning. Kids loved the parks. Pools were nice but they need more staff attention since they got dirty, hot tub wasn’t very hot, and staff didn’t turn on any splash pad or water sprays in the pools unless it was the weekend, even though they tell you only the water slide has restrictions. Other than that the complex was overall clean and maintained and regular swimming in the pool was fun. Was close to beach, stores, and food. We went to Walmart shopping center frequently. Was also quick a drive to San Juan, Fajardo, or el Yunque. Would definitely stay here again. Felt right at home.

Staying at Finca NeoJibairo was magical. We loved the farm and the work that happens. We were impressed with Cristina, Francisco and Antonio, who run the farm. The space is comfortable, quiet, and waking up to the sounds of a farm is priceless. I recommend not only staying here, but booking one of their activities. The pizzas were delicious and the bar/cigar area is just fantastic! Don’t worry, there is so much room you will not be bothered by the cigar smokers!

Very beautiful property, very clean quiet area .away from the City ,beautiful supermarket right down the road . also a pharmacy and The bakery. We have such a great day we didn’t want it to end thank you so much

Pedro was an amazing host. Everything was as described and showed on the pictures. Very spacious and accomodating house with all the listed and required amenities (plus extra), along with backup solar power, in the event of a power outage. You felt right at home.

Priscella and her team was hands on in instructions, directions and communication. The house gave me home away from home. My fren and i enjoy our time there, although it was suppose to be a larger group, but you lnow how vacation planning goes, Priscella had list of activities to participate in too, overall she was a great host Thank you guys and we sure will be bck too

Cesar was an amazing host. This was my first AirB&B experience and he’s definitely set the bar high. He was very responsive to any and all our inquiries, made some suggestions regarding local places to eat, and was open to and implemented our recommendations to take Casa Sol to the next level. Cesar clearly demonstrated his desire for his guests to have an exceptional experience. Casa Sol was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home which felt warm and welcoming. It was centrally located to neighboring cities with an easy commute. I would definitely stay at Casa Sol the next time I’m in Puerto Rico. Thank you Cesar for a wonderful experience!

Marianys property was awesome! The pictures match exactly what we arrived to! Gated community, easy access, amenities were good (hot tub wasn’t working) but the pool was awesome, no complaints… The terrace offers amazing views! Outdoor shower is a must try! I would recommend going to the nearby grocery store and cooking. The kitchen is easily accessible, and all cooking supplies are provided for you. All in all this place was a 10/10. Any minor issues Mariany was very responsive, and accommodating! Heads up - the beach is in walking distance, but during the winter season the tides are very high! It’s a must see though! * the closet in the bedroom provides beach supplies for you which came in HANDY* Thanks again Mariany! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay, the host was very responsive and offered some great recommendations on food and activities. Felt safe and secure at all times and the pools were great for lounging around.

Our host, José was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in ahead of time. There was a small, thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us. When we lost internet, he was right on it with the internet provider and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was okay. The space was perfect for three adults escaping the winter cold and telecommuting. The two balconies allowed us a taste of beach on one side, jungle on the other. We had plenty of towels and linens, and kitchen included an air fryer which came in very handy! Mil gracias por todo!!

My stay at Scott and John's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Scott was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Outstanding location very private and with plenty of amenities for you to enjoy, Jay is very responsive and gives clear instructions always checking on you making sure you feel just like at home. I would not hesitate to make a reservation.

We had a fantastic stay! The place had a ton of amenities, matched the photos and description, and was close to a bunch of attractions! Veronica was super responsive, had a ton of local insight, and was incredibly pleasant! We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

We just got back from our stay and had a great time. Very family friendly place. The condo is at the perfect location within the complex right by the beach and one of the pools. Another great part of this experience was the great communication the hosts had throughout our stay. They had great recommendations whenever we reached out. Would definitely recommend!
