Holiday rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

The private beaches sand was soft, on of the best private beaches we've been to even though it's small. Ruth was extremely responsive and friendly. There wasn't an extra blanket for one of the trundle beds and she brought one right over. we loved the property grounds, and the top floor patio. The food in the immediate area isn't great but the food everywhere else is. Would definitely book again.

Cesar provided a very comfortable condo/loft to stay with all the basics we needed. the beach access was nice and provided an almost secluded area to enjoy. The area had good night life with some immediate places limited to only the weekends, which is alright given the assumption that the area must have been thriving previously with the amount of abandoned buildings. still has great potential and you are not far from other places to visit in which we had a rental car, not sure how public transport or ride share is in the area but I did see uber cars. We would suggest this location to others in the future and would stay again if we come back!

Carlos was a wonderful host and was very fast to respond to any questions. All the pools, playgrounds, and private beach was the perfect fit for our family. Good location as a base for different adventures around. Would stay again!

Great location, short drive to many activities, multiple beaches in the area. Outdoor areas very nice.. balcony, roof top area, pool, and beach… Host very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nick’s place! The house was comfortable, the community felt safe and the pool and beach were a big hit. El Yunque and numerous gorgeous beaches were right at our fingertips! Definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy PR.

Ruth’s place was wonderful. I felt right at home, we were a group and we were all comfortable. Such a cozy modern home, very thankful for the quick response to any questions and would love to come back, the place was just what we hoped for.

My three children and I had an amazing week. The roof top was perfect for them warm nights. Everything was just perfect. Cute little grocery store at the corner or the entrance was such a bonus. Thank you again we will definitely be back!

Gia's ZEN house was just what we wanted for our family gathering of 6 adults and 5 kids. Away from all the tourists but within a short drive to beaches and rainforest, beautiful forest flora and birds, a sense of privacy (even though neighbors are close by), clean and comfortable, the pool and covered patio were definitely the gem of the entire stay.

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

I can't recommend this Airbnb in Puerto Rico enough! Our stay was simply amazing. The property had a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Plus, it was conveniently located within short driving distance of fantastic restaurants, charming cafés, and the gorgeous beaches. We loved being able to stroll out and enjoy the local scenery whenever we wanted. This place truly made our trip unforgettable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

Annie and Pj were the best. And the place is a great hidden gem on a private beach. I can't get over their rooftop oasis. Love the local eateries along the way too. They were quick to communicate, and offered great suggestions and tips! perfect spot right in middle if trying to do San Juan and El Yunke. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect – close to Luquillo Beach (just a short drive), San Juan, and El Yunque National Forest. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a standout feature – spacious with beautiful views, and we loved having two other outdoor seating areas to choose from. Mornings were perfect, sipping coffee while listening to the roosters, and the evenings were filled with the fun sounds of music from a nearby bar and kids playing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, with clear instructions. Rarely needed the AC due to perfect breeze. Having two bathrooms was a nice bonus too! There were only a couple of minor things to mention: The hot tub wasn’t working (though it wasn’t a big deal for us), and the coffee maker was a bit tricky to use – we ended up using instant coffee, which worked just fine. Mariany was a great host –very responsive and always available when needed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would stay again!

We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We had a big group of 11 and had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. The communication was great, the pools and beach access was fun everyday, had everything for cooking in the kitchen each day, and we all felt safe and at home. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for everything!

Home away from home. Literally everything you would need from food spices to bug repellent and aid kits. Thank you again so much for such a wonderful stay. Jose’s place is perfect between all of the excursions for us and we were so glad we chose to be here instead of old San Juan. It was secured with 24/7 guards, great community and a few steps away from the beach. It is as described with all the amenities. Don’t hesitate to book here!

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

This place has a perfect little private beach and pool. Jay is a very responsive host. He is friendly and accommodated with anything we needed. We went around spring break so it was very easy to get Ubers to hot spots such as San Juan or Luquillo beach. Would recommend!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and we loved the location because we didn’t need to leave, we have the pool and beach and a market right down the road. I would stay here again!

Really enjoyed staying here! Puerto Rico is a beautiful island. Will be back!
