Holiday rentals with a patio in Medianía Baja

We loved staying at Nazelin's place at Aquatika. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do in northeast Puerto Rico. We appreciated being in a secure gated community, easy close access to the pool and beach, and very comfortable accommodations. Nazelin was an amazing host - very helpful and proactive before and during our stay. I loved our private rooftop too. Nazelin's place is ideal and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Thank you for a beautiful place! We loved all the personal touches. We loved the beach cooler, the beach chairs and beach bags. The pool and being able to walk to the private beach was a plus.

Our stay was wonderful in Puerto Rico. The condo at Vienvenido spaces was lovely. Very quiet and private. The place itself was very well decorated and had Ac units in living areas and bedrooms. The staff was available by sending message, but there was also phone numbers provided if you needed to speak with someone directly. Beach was within walking distance within the complex. You can enjoy the view of the water, walk by the beach, but the current is strong. No one seems to swim in it due to that. Part of the beach needs cleanup of debris. We did enjoy having access to the beach and the pool. Loiza is in a more local, poorer section of PR. But the locals were very helpful and friendly. The condo is in a gated community. We would certainly rent this unit again.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment with amazing beach view, clean pool. Very responsive owner. Just be sure to confirm that all the elevators are in service and a/c in the living room is functioning.

We recently stayed at an incredible Airbnb in Loiza, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all our expectations! Our family of eight loved the spacious home, which was perfect for our large group. The comfortable bedrooms ensured good sleep after our adventures, and we enjoyed the open-concept living area that led to a private terrace. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a few pools the kids adored even though the lazy river area was closed due to construction. Cesar made sure to let us know in advance before our arrival. With beach access beach, we spent our days soaking up the sun and collecting seashells. Overall, it was a fantastic trip! We will stay there again and recommend it to all our family and friends.

If you’re in search of the ideal beach getaway, look no further—this place is it! Conveniently located near the main beach strip just before the bridge to San Juan, the penthouse is truly a gem. The top-floor deck felt like a private oasis, offering a serene view of the ocean. While you can occasionally hear neighbors nearby, it was nothing to be concerned about. The beach was just a short distance away, complete with fun, kid-friendly playgrounds. I appreciated the gated security, which provided an added sense of safety. Overall, the amenities were fantastic—the couch was incredibly comfortable, everything was spotless, and the host was a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend booking this penthouse!

The apartments were very comfortable and cozy and felt like home. Great area around, nice private beach. Ruth was very helpful, helped with all questions, was always in touch, which helped a lot, since we were there for the first time, and our friends have been vacationing there with their 4 children for 5 years in a row. Therefore, we recommend it to all those who have small children.

We had a great stay at Gil’s place. Gil was very responsive and always respond in time, the place was fantastic and beautiful!

This was the exact experience I was hoping to find during my stay in Puerto Rico. A place where you can spend mornings and evenings sipping coffee on the porch while overlooking beautiful fields of farmland. Rain or shine you have plenty of space to relax. The location is very easy to find. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be located within driving distance of old San Juan, the Luquillo kiosks, Las Paylas waterfall, and El Yunque Rainforest. Only 6 minutes to Rio Grande beach if you stay local. Why not do it all and stay here! Plenty of stores nearby for your needs. Lovely owners, you can tell it’s a cared for property. If you’re lucky you will meet a local cat, grab pizza next door, and hear the sounds of birds in the morning :)

Very beautiful property, very clean quiet area .away from the City ,beautiful supermarket right down the road . also a pharmacy and The bakery. We have such a great day we didn’t want it to end thank you so much

I have family in the area so it was sooo right on for me! Loved this home ! Home is just like pics ! So much space and activities! Neighborhood is very friendly and culturally and everyone said hello ! Provided plenty of towels, tissue , extra linen loved that as well! The beach is literally 1 min away another 20 mins away with great food please try the restaurant on the beach 10/10 and also bars and grocery’s, 24 hour gas stations, around the corner! Walmart is not far as well! Literally everything is not far . Host responsive! Do recommend car to enjoy island ! Airport/San Juan 35 mins without tolls. Rainforest 20 mins! La placita 35 mins away ! The art in home 10/10 Afro Latina style! Enjoy the pool!! Do recommend!

Pedro’s place was exactly how he described nice size house with plenty of space big tv we had movie night every night we where there the pool in the yard was just awesome love that the kitchen can fully stocked even little snacks for the kids anytime I had a question he answered right away I would definitely stay again next time we come out here I even recommended Pedro’s place to a friend who is coming out here in June with her kids he was truly an amazing host

Loved this condo! Most helpful and responsive host ever! Checked in before the trip to see what we were planning to do and sent a personalized recommendation list and more! The condo’s location was great for us because it was easy to get to rainforest, it was on the beach, had 2 pools and close to old San Juan. The layout was great and the outdoor spaces were incredible. That rooftop living space I will forever miss! There is 24/7 security but never felt unsafe in the area or anywhere we went off site. Everything we needed for a home base in PR was at this condo! Beds were comfortable, the decor was great, hot tub was a nice addition, all TVs worked perfectly for streaming. I definitely recommend this place we all loved it!

Priscella and her team was hands on in instructions, directions and communication. The house gave me home away from home. My fren and i enjoy our time there, although it was suppose to be a larger group, but you lnow how vacation planning goes, Priscella had list of activities to participate in too, overall she was a great host Thank you guys and we sure will be bck too

Mariany was very precise with her check-in instructions . She proved to be very responsive to my call and messaging and responded in a timely fashion without hesitation. The condo was in good clean condition upon my arrival. Everything appeared to be in working order.

We had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We had a big group of 11 and had more than enough space to all feel comfortable. The communication was great, the pools and beach access was fun everyday, had everything for cooking in the kitchen each day, and we all felt safe and at home. I am so grateful to have found such a great place for my family to enjoy our vacation. Thank you for everything!

Shalauna's place is truly a home away from home. I have so many positive comments, I don't even know where to start... First, both Shalauna and Sebastian are very rapid to communicate with their guests, to reply to messages and to answer questions. Then, the check-in and check-out instructions as well as all the information regarding their property are well explained. Now .... the place is simply Paradise....I close my eyes and I could cry with nostalgia. The hosts will make available for you a big, clean apartment, situated near the beach and the pool, with all the amenities that one could need; spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, two clean bathrooms with all you could need from liquid soaps to floss and white bed sheets in the bedrooms. We are a family of 5 (we have 3 children of different ages and tastes 19, 10 and 7) and everyone agreed that this was a magnificent vacation. We highly recommend Shalauna's and Sebastian's cozy apartment and we dream to go back.

We had a wonderful experience at Jose's place, which was perfect for our family of six. It felt so welcoming and clean, and we truly appreciated all the amenities available. The kids had an amazing time at the pool, while the adults found so much joy at the beautiful beach nearby. It really was a lovely setting for our family to connect and create memories together. We would absolutely love to return in the near future!

My stay at Scott and John's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Scott was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Nothing short of excellent, the staff and rental are good for a solo trip or couple with one other. it is connected to a a beach , the residence is clean and staff are very accommodating. Be mindful the staff and locals don't speak English but do their best to assist you , there is a local pharmacy/ store near by for snacks, drinks, food , Tylenol etc....that accepts credit card and cash. bring quarters as there is laundry on site.. It is out of the city but not that far.. 30 min drive from San Juan airport and EL yunque and a 15 min drive from Rio grande It was my first Airbnb and first trip Puerto Rico, I would come back and hope to rent from Jay again.

Veronica was an amazing host! She was very responsive, making communication effortless, and her place had everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!
