Monthly Rentals in Kalamazoo Township

A quick overnight to move my daughter into her dorm.turned into a mini mom/daughter vacation because of our lovely stay in Kara's place. This place is almost on K College campus, and is so thoughtfully appointed with amenities, coffee, snacks, lovely toiletries, etc. It's as clean you wish most places were but aren't usually, nothing to remind you that someone else just stayed here a few hours ago. Very thoughfully decorated with little lamps everywhere so you don't have to stumble around in the dark getting up at night or coming home in the dark. Such a thoughtful host. Highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend staying at Tom and Julie’s airbnbs. I’m not from Kalamazoo and had to find housing for my summer internship. Tom and Julie made sure I was well taken care of from the moment I inquired their listing. The house is exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions. My favorite is the outdoor community space with a small garden. If I had another internship in Kalamazoo, I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tom and Julie!

Location was great for us we needed a place close to the college (WMU) and Matt did a great job on the unit, he really maximized the small space with great amenities.

Great place for a weekend get-together with WMU classmates. Close to Bells & Hopcat. Support small businesses and get your morning coffee at Factory Coffee just two blocks away. Kitchen was great and beds were very comfortable. My wife really enjoyed the swing chair as well!
