Holiday houses in Kalamazoo County

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

We had a great time at the Chalet! There was enough to do for the two days we were there between the pool and all the games, toys and books available. A few of us also enjoyed skiing at a resort nearby recommended by Jennifer. Everything was clean, comfortable and as pictured. Great spot for a chill family vacation! Some really nice memories made. Hope we come again in the future!

Great stay with a great host! Traveled here on business and it was the perfect location. Communication was easy and the place was very clean.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Kalamazoo. It's in an incredible location, a literal stones throw to supermarkets, convenience stores as well shops, restaurants and bars. My pups loved running around the big, fenced-in yard. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to get to extend our stay by one more day, just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

10/10 Highly Recommend! 5 Stars! Everything about our stay was perfect. The home was spotless upon our arrival and is so inviting. The lake views are so pretty! The deck and yard are great for hanging out, building a fire (we loved the solo stove) and fishing (we caught 13 from the pier)! The sunsets were gorgeous. The bedrooms worked great for us - My mom had the lower level with no stairs and we took over the upstairs bedroom suite (1 Adult, 2 Teenagers). Sam has thought of every detail in this home and it shows! We had an amazing family fall weekend away and I’m already looking to book this beautiful home again. Pack your fishing poles and be ready for an amazing stay! Counting the days until our next stay! Thank you, Sam 😀

the wife and I, along with our two Saint Bernards, came to visit with son and daughter-in-law. the dogs like having the mostly fenced in yard. we like the ease of access. lots of room for the dogs to sprawl out. we had a great time
