Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Our guesthouse is the entire first floor of the carriage house. In 1897, the building housed the horse drawn carriage. Since then it’s been remodeled and houses the inn. It's quiet, cozy, and feels like you're at a beach-side cottage. The quarters include a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom w/ walk-in shower, laundry, living/dining room, and patio w/ a privacy gate. These amenities aren't shared. The Carriage House also has another guest space. Both are independent including separate entries.
