I can’t say enough about the place. We had a great time and would go again. Extended family members have already said that they would like to stay there. Great location and fenced in backyard!

Really enjoyed Tim's place. It was very spacious and clean and the space had a great vibe. It was centrally located to a lot of restaurants and places and the hot tub was huge. Nice quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great stay for my family! So close to the beach and town, and plenty of space. Love the hottub and huge yard for dogs as well. Highly recommend John’s place for all family vacations.

Everything was honestly great. My boys had so much fun playing ping pong. We had some competitive tournaments between the 4 of us. My guy and me had a relaxing time in the hot tub while snow was falling from the sky! So awesome. One thing that I will say is the master bedroom was a bit noisey. Not sure if it was pipes due to the cold but it was harder for me to sleep just because I heard everything. But my boys slept great in the basement! Home was tidy and clean and welcoming. And the host was so responsive. Very happy with our stay 😊

Todd's home was perfect! We stayed over Christmas, and the home was extremely warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There is a large picture window in dining area with a very large table, it overlooks a private and wooded backyard where we were visited frequently by wildlife including cardinals, and a deer family, it was breathtaking. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and a ton of spices. We especially appreciated all the extra touches, like full supplies of hand soap at each sink, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and even body wash and shampoo! These are things I typically end up having to buy and then leave there since you can't take them on the plane, so very much appreciated! The beds were very comfy with fresh linens and an ample supply of towels. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful extras, it made our stay perfect!

Amazing stay, the house had a great variety of books to read, random fun activities for kids and adults alike. Our family of 8 ranging in age from 2 months to 70 years old all had a great time. When they found I was arriving in the evening, they sent a picture of the house at night to make it easier to find. The sports field was so great, the visiting chickens were fun, and we all had a great time. Would definitely book again with no hesitation.

Great layout for a large group with multiple families. Lots of amenities for small kids. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was labeled clearly. Easy walk to town and short drive to nearby spots.

This place was great! We were I town for graduation and Matt’s place worked out perfect! Location was close to downtown and to Western Mi.

My family and I stayed at Barbara’s place for a long weekend to see the Notre Dame football game. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the six of us. We will definitely stay again if the apartment is available the next time we’re in town.

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

We loved staying at Kaydee’s listing! She was so accommodating and helpful; prior to booking, I reached out to ask a couple questions and she responded super quickly. We’d love to stay here again when we’re in the area!

We loved our stay! We are so grateful to Kara who worked with us when we got trapped in a snowstorm and couldn’t get there the first night. When we arrived the next day she was there sweeping the snow off the steps. We came here to teach our granddaughter how to ski at Bittersweet. The entire weekend was wonderful and we will definitely be back!❤️

Beautiful residence, fully equipped with everything you might need. Clean, comfy bed. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend and plan to return!

Very cute, exactly like the description. Terrific location close to downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and several absolutely stunning beaches. The only complaint I have is that there's a cleaning fee on top of a list of chores to do before you leave.

Cute and comfortable space in the heart of downtown. We had everything we needed and could walk to so many places! We walked down to the water everyday (beautiful October weather). Keep in mind it’s a great location if you want to be in the midst of a downtown vibe: if it’s warm weather and a weekend there will be noise in the evenings. A white noise playlist did the trick for me (just Friday night)- and I’m an early bird. Otherwise, all was wonderful!

This three bedroom/ two full baths condo was perfect for my husband and me and four adult daughters! It was a lovely winter get away and a perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops in Saugatuck. It was a very short drive to Oval Beach where we watched a beautiful sunset. The kitchen had all we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean with plenty of towels. Although very cold outside, the condo was cozy and warm. Best of all was Brenden’s caring and responsive communication. Upon arrival, we noticed the couch was sagging on one end and a bit uncomfortable; I texted Brenden to just let him know (not expecting anything could be done during our visit). He was so apologetic, offered a discount and the next morning, he was calling me to say he was delivering a new couch that afternoon in freezing weather! We were so impressed with his attention to wanting our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. We would love to stay here again !

We stayed for two nights in December and it was so nice to have a fireplace! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Steve sent emails that answered any possible questions I could have had. I would stay here again!

Catherine's Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our fall trip to South Haven. It was close to the area beaches, shops and other amenities. The Beach House has everything plus more! My little ones loved the children's toys and books that were available. We cooked all of our meals at Catherine's place which was a huge plus. The host went above and beyond with information about local events, places to visit and restaurants to try. Catherine was responsive and incredibly kind. We hope to visit the Beach House again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place in South Haven. The location is very convenient and within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town including the beach. The condo has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and other thoughtful items to use during the stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Lisa was a great host, responsive and proactive. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
