We had a lovely stay while we were in town over the weekend. The place was very tidy and had everything we needed. Steven and Mei were friendly, responsive and flexible with our check in time. They left us clear instructions and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you very much!

This is such a great Airbnb find! The home was such a cozy place to hang out after a day out exploring and adventuring. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, enjoying the view, with the fresh breeze blowing through open windows. We used the paved walking trail along the coast (just a short walk from the home) daily. We made good use of the playground and tennis courts, which were just across the street from the home. It was also just quick drive to Sumner beach for surfing. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by our host. We truly loved this spot!

Gayle was welcoming, communicative, and happy to support a slightly later checkout time so I could go walking in the hills. A beautiful spot just across the road from the beach, and right next to two laid back beach bars with tasty food and nice vibes :)

Nick is truly the best of the best. Staying at his place for a month felt just like home. He’s an amazing person, and we often ended up chatting for hours. The house was spotless and exactly as described. If I ever visit Christchurch again, I’ll definitely stay at Nick’s place. Leaving this morning made me feel reluctant to go—it’s hard to believe how fast the past month flew by!

We stayed at Vince’s one night before our flight. We really enjoyed the nice bed after 3 weeks of camping. It was perfect for us and also pretty close to the airport. Just a few minutes by car or an hour to walk:) Thank you so much for having us:))

Nick is a lovely, talkative and knowledgeable person. He helped me solve lots of problems and offered me advice on living in Christchurch. He knows where to get delicious food and even knows which bus to take. I spent several good days here. I pretty enjoy talking with Nick and another customer in the living room. As for my room, it is clean and neat and you can get anything in the kitchen. In all, he is fantastic and room is great as well. Nick and his room gave me very good impression on Christchurch. Hope to meet him again.

Rebecca's was exactly what we needed - a clean, quiet place for one night while we got sorted and left Christchurch for a South Island road-trip. It was extremely clean! Rebecca does have a cat and dog, but both are extremely friendly and well behaved. We'll certainly consider Rebecca if we need a place to stay in Christchurch again.

The host was very friendly and quick to message.The nearest supermarket is a 40-minute walk one way, but there is a park around and you can spend quietly.The airport is also close.The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable.The beds were comfortable and I was able to relax.It was helpful for me to keep my luggage after check out.

Neat and tidy on the inside. Building and yard could use some TLC from the owner, and some of the heaters and bedside lamps are worse for wear. But a great location in a nice neighborhood, and mostly clean and tidy. made for a good base during our week in CHCH.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.
