Holiday houses in Methven

Ross’s Villa exceeded our expectations . It was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed . The living areas are well maintained , spacious but cosy , and the heating very effective. The furnishings are a little dated but are exactly as represented. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linens , pillows and duvets were very good quality. Great water pressure in the showers and nice quality towels added to a very enjoyable stay. We had some wet weather so the big good quality tv with Sky and Netflix was an absolute bonus . The views from this upstairs Villa are superb and the golf course is stunning , even just to walk around if you don’t play. We ate at the restaurant and cafe and even though it feels a little dated the food was very good and the staff all very friendly . Couldn’t recommend this place more highly and we will return. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us .

Enjoyed our stay at Mt Somer's Cottage. A good base to explore the beautiful Hakatere Conservation Area.

Joan was so lovely and made our stay at her cottage very comfortable. She gave great recommendations for the local area and was very responsive to our questions. We would love to stay at her cottage again!

Great place for a scenic and relaxing stay, very comfortable and cosy. Beautiful sunrises from the kitchen window and has everything you need for a good few days. Lovely hosts who were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Kate’s place! Excellent location 1 minute from supermarket and not much further to shops, cafes, pubs. An easy 20 minute walk to the fantastic hot pools. The house is fabulous especially the outdoor deck area. Great range of kitchen equipment and the beds are really comfy. Will definitely come stay again. Thanks so much Kate!

We loved our stay at Topnotch! The home was spacious with plenty of room for our party. The backyard and patio was just lovely with incredible views. Rachael was very responsive and made us feel at home.

great place to stay , relax and recharge

We've been there for one day, for a nice barbeque with friends and a hot-tub session. The apartment was really clean and we felt comfortable. Chris and Julie are friendly and courteous. We recommend this accommodation!
