Holiday rentals with beach access in Christchurch

Beautiful accomodations! We got in late and unfortunately didn't have a lot of time to explore the estuary, but it still made for beautiful surroundings. The place itself was clean, modern, and met all of our needs. We loved taking a quick dip in the relaxing hot tub!

Marion's studio was lovely - bright and warm and had everything we needed. Location was great and car parking even though on the street was extremely convenient. A great place to stay in Christchurch!

We had a wonderful time at Denise and Regs place and they made us very welcome. Wonderful spot, beautiful garden and great trail path which was such fun to explore. Accommodation was perfect and all we wanted and would have love to stay longer. Loved the local area so picturesque and beautiful

We loved our stay here! It’s a beautiful interior - very clean and comfortable- and a wonderful view out. Washed some clothes here and appreciated the drying rack provided. We appreciated Ken’s recommendations for Christchurch and the surrounding area. If this spot is available for your trip, book it!

What a wonderful place to stay- and wonderful hosts too! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Great location as well - next to green spaces and near the ocean. Very easy to get into the city too. Can easily recommend to others.

Annie and Chris are amazing hosts! Annie went out of her way to make us all feel at home and even to show us around the area. She is friendly, kind, and caring and on top of all of that, loads of fun! The place was amazing as well, clean, peaceful, and just a short walk from an amazing beach and great restaurants. The house is gorgeous and we felt it was a privilege to stay there. The morning coffee watching the sunrise was a real treat. The attention to details and the extra starter supplies were a real special touch. The house was amazing and opening the Oceanside doors brought nature to us! We will stay again!!!

An amazing spot to spend some perfect days in Christchurch / South New Bristol. The beach is directly vis-à-vis which makes it special. The outdoor bathtub is a nice Extra Feature!

Incredible four nights in New Brighton. We have been coming for 8 years to a local surf competition and this time was the first staying here. Lovely new apartment, central, cozy and also private. Loved every part of it and Bee was a star with the communication and helpfulness. We will definitely be back ~
