I spent five weeks here on a writing retreat, and I couldn't have picked a better spot. This is a gorgeous, quiet place with excellent, high-quality amenities (for example, not full of chintzy Ikea furniture) for a long-term stay. Nina is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. She lives in a neighboring house, so is available for any emergency needs. Truly an outstanding stay. Would rent again!!

Hawkridge far exceeded our expectations! An incredibly beautiful unit in a spectacularly peaceful setting - exactly what we needed. Michelle paid great attention to detail, which made us feel extra welcome and right at home. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked bread, wine & cheese platter, crispy gowns and firewood! The unit was immaculately furnished and spotless! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub under the stars too! Michelle was very friendly, accommodating and provided fantastic directions. Check-in was super easy. Highly recommend!!

Wow what a find! I loved everything about Megan’s place. It was the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Everything was as described, it was extremely clean, generous supplies, excellent appliances, the list goes on. Wish we could have stayed for longer. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know who travels to Wanaka. Thank you again!

The Hillary Family A-Frame in Central Queenstown

Really cool place just a short walk from town. The hill was steep but we loved it and preferred walking everywhere (Uber and taxis are easily available too in case it's raining). There's a great view from the place. We also did a hike straight behind the house that was super beautiful (and also very steep). Had a blast on the Shotover Jet, ate great food, and throughly enjoyed Queenstown! We'll be back!

We stayed here for a few days on either side of our helicopter wedding based out of Queenstown. The Goldleaf Chalet was an incredible place to stay and make a special time in our lives feel very special indeed. Practically every window has stunning views, and the spa was so relaxing to sit in and watch the clouds go by. The house is well equipped and so pleasant to be in. I definitely teared up as we left at check out. We'll never forgot our stay here 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Lucas’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by two friendly Belgian Shepherds, which made us feel right at home. Lucas is an incredibly hospitable and responsive host, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views overlooking Arthur’s Point. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for a wonderful stay. Absolutely perfect! Clean, tidy, good location, very private, and a very quiet neighbourhood. Amazing spa which they keep filled and running for you. Very close to Cardrona ski station and just next door to Cardrona hotel. Can't wait to stay there again! Highly recommend! 👍🏻

Good and really nice place out of town but not too far, host is really nice and friendly was waiting for us due to late night flight, gives a lot of suggestions as well, good place and very comfortable and quiet, had nice walking track nearby for our morning walk.

Place and location is great! Ngaio’s correspondence and communication is awesome and we enjoyed the stay. Close to everything and and here are few improvements 1. Address should be updated took a while to locate, it should be 9 villa ln 2. Upstairs is a bit hot and few table fans might help 3.can add some outdoor activity equipment or games as it has a great backyard
