Holiday houses in Oamaru

Great spot, close to town and the harbour and a great view. Lovely, warm, clean and tidy. Thanks for having us to stay.

WE stayed one night at the Villa. This is a full house with full kitchen and three bedrooms - we only stayed in one bedroom. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and nice and dark and we slept very well. The water was very hot and plentiful. Breakfast basics were provided and much appreciated. The house is convenient to downtown Oamaru. We highly recommend the Villa and will stay there again when in Oamaru.

Jenny’s place is really lovely, a home from home and overlooking her beautiful garden and highland cows. The cabin is clean and well equipped and comfortable with everything you need for an over night stay. A five minute drive into town with plenty to see and do, I highly recommend seeing the penguins at dusk and great beer and pizza at Scott’s brewery in the harbour.

Six of three generations stayed three nights. Baba did some baking and cooking. Nice views of sunrise and sunsets from the steep street. Parked two cars with no problem backing out onto the street. Good internet for all. Only very minor issues addressed by the host. Could use another couch for six sitting together in the great room. Recommended for families. Very nice town with great people.

Awesome location with fabulous sea views. Great to be only a short walk to the local tavern. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious with modern decor and furniture. Host was an excellent communicator who we would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning to Moeraki and this awesome air BnB
