Monthly Rentals in Wichita

Gary was very friendly and very responsive when I had an outlet go out in the apartment. I stayed for a month and it was a very nice location from where I was working.

It had a super cute aesthetic; I appreciated the ramen, the Advil, the excellent shampoo, and all of the other little things. It was very appointed. The outside noise is wild at night, ha! The street is very noisy on Fridays and Saturday nights, up until about 1 a.m. If you are a light sleeper, just keep in mind, bring earbuds or something to help drown out the noise. Overall, it is a great place for walking. We had a wedding nearby to attend, and it was near the local museum and market, which is very cool.

Such a great spot! Everything was perfect at Kathryn and Scott’s. Very clean, modern, great bed and more spacious than we expected (the sleeping area is separate from living). Can’t wait to return. Hosts were exceptionally friendly too and neighborhood is close to great restaurants..

Very kind person & cohost!!! They made us feel at home, they responded in a timely manner!!! Very kind, empathic people! I got tue pleasure of meeting them. Sheets smelled clean & good! Would highly recommended if you want a quiet older cabin! I wanted a little getaway, from Wichita. ❤️ Thanks Jennifer.
