My mother said we should stay at The Sparrow, so we did in her honor. It was SO enjoyable and nice to have a wonderful home instead of just a hotel room. The house is equipped extremely nicely, they have thought of everything. I heartily recommend this house to anyone! But please be respectful and take care of it!

Plenty of space for all to feel comfortable in. The 2 full baths makes it nice for getting ready for the day. Clean house and well decorated. Felt right at home. My only negative is the yard is not fully fenced, but that is disclosed in the listing, and not an issue if you aren't bringing a pet. Neighborhood is nice and quiet on a beautiful street and close to Starbucks, Dollar Tree, and Walmart!

The Facility’s were very clean and wonderfully spacious ! Lot’s of room for our family to navigate! Wonderful reading material for adult and kids alike! The fridge was stocked with breakfast food and drink! The homemade cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins were delicious! The piano was my vibe as I got to play and relax after a busy day ! The Host was kind and attentive ! We enjoyed our stay!

We met our college daughter and her boyfriend halfway to celebrate a belated Christmas together. This was the perfect place for us to be together as a family. We cooked a traditional meal in the new kitchen, visited historic Hays just 30 minutes away, and slept peacefully. The house is decorated in a western theme and even had a tree in the living room. We arrived to find cinnamon rolls, orange juice, and eggs in the fridge. We had a lovely stay!

Michelle was a gracious host. Checkout instructions were clear and helpful (as was checkin). The room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, and we had a great view overlooking the main street of Sterling. It was an easy walk to a lovely coffee shop and a great Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed the privacy and the peace and quiet. We will want to stay there again!

Perfect for a 1 or 2 person stay. Great attention to detail and use of space. The yard was great for the dog, & the driveway was close to the entry space for ease of loading. Wife thought the space was cute & nicely decorated. The door code and the heat were easy. It was very clean with good TV, shower, and bedding. The host was good to communicate with. We hope to make it a regular stop.

We just stated the weekend at the toasted marshmallow this weekend, and it was so peaceful and relaxing waking up every morning looking at the lake! And not only that the hosts were amazing, and so easy to communicate with! Everyone in the town was so friendly! And I will definitely be staying at the toasted marshmallow again.

Meghan and the facility were amazing. She was very reachable with anything we needed and very easy to work with. She was willing to help with our check out time after an unexpected change in plans came about. I feel that is extremely important. We rented this for our family to stay at during our daughter’s wedding weekend. Worked out Fabulous !! With a family the size of ours and all the things going on with wedding stuff a host that understands that, relieves the stress quite a bit. We would highly recommend this facility and Meghan to anyone needing a large space for family or an event. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at William’s place while working in Great Bend at a local college. This is a beautiful home. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances that make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were all comfortable and everyone reported a good night’s sleep. There was ample closet space and each bedroom was decorated tastefully. All 3 bathrooms were sparkling clean and wonderful to use. Plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. The surrounding area is beautiful. It’s quiet and walkable. The corn fields were beautiful and watching birds during the day and fireflies at night was so fun. This is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!

Secluded Sterling Vacation Rental - Pet Friendly!

Second time in 2 months staying here. The stay was great just like the first time, and we will be back again. The only issue we had was we had messaged the host company Evolve twice asking if we could have a one hour late check out. It has now been 30 hours and I still never received a reply from them. Perhaps it's been a technical error I dont know.
