This place was perfect for us! It was better than the pictures, comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly! We were a bit surprised to see a hip campers when we arrived back from dinner, but luckily they were friendly and didn't mind that we were enjoying late night laughter with friends on the patio. We enjoyed the serenity of the country and the uniqueness of staying in a barn! We highly recommend this space!

Amazing place! Great area of town. The showers were so confusing the handles barely turned. The place was extremely cozy and nice. there was a dead spider on the staircase. Overall she communicated well, the hot tub was amazing and this is a very spacious place. Would recommend to anyone!

The place was comfortable. We wanted a place just to sleep and catch up as old friends and this place worked great. It was in a run down neighborhood which was not expected but the place itself was in good condition and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen equipped with a keurig for our early morning coffee. I would stay here again if coming to Derby. Also wanted to say Amber’s communication was swift and friendly.

We stayed here two nights with another family. Combined we had a wonderful stay… very relaxing. Easy access to local tourism stops like Cosmosphere and Salt Mines. Also highly recommend Carriage Crossing for yummy home-cooked food and the largest cinnamon rolls on earth!

Great for our family spring break trip! 4 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably. Plenty for kids to do and loving are was comfortable for adults to hangout in. Deb was very accommodating for our last minute reservation as well. We hop to be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Also this is the cleanest Airbnb any of us have stayed in. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay for a large or extended family. We were in town because we had a family member as a patient at St Francis. This house was the perfect place to retreat to each day for some R&R. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We couldn't get the Kureig to work so they brought over a new one. Highly recommend this fabulous house.

We booked this place for my two kids and myself coming back across country from a roadtrip. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and pivoted plans at the last minute and Janet was nothing but responsive and understanding. It’s truly all you can ask for in a host, and while we did change our plans and didn’t stay as expected, Janet was still a gracious host and we’d not hesitate to stay again in the future. Hopefully we’ll find ourselves back in Wichita in the future to try again.

We had to come out for a weekend for our senior collegiate softball game. The house was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location for walking around. Talked with a couple of neighbors, who were super friendly! It rained a lot, so didn't get to walk very much. But the house had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay! Sandy is very nice, even checked on us to make sure we made it in okay. Thank you again!

Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

What a fantastic stay! Booked location to celebrate our son’s 11th birthday and all the guests kept asking where did we find this gem? A gem indeed: property is pretty much every man’s dream house:) huge TVs in the living room, plenty of space for everyone to not only sleep but also relax, full kitchen and outdoor furniture to enjoy on good weather. We also rented the pickle ball courts nearby - super quick walk and had a blast: both children and adults. The best part for us was that boys were able to go explore the trails by themselves, enjoying boyhood and independence in the “woods”, with their big sticks to protect them against mountain lions:) For the adults, towels and blankets and entertainment was plenty. Host - Amanda, was extremely friendly and accommodating - it is apparent that she has great taste in decorating and we all felt like we were visiting an old friend during our stay. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience - we will be back!
