I stayed at Rita’s lovely guest home for 6 weeks when I first moved to LA. It was the perfect spot to land — cozy, homey, and beautiful. Her garden is spectacular and was a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day. Rita was so kind and made me feel right at home. The street parking was easy — there was usually a spot right on the street in front of the house and the few times there wasn’t there was one within a block or two. The location is absolutely fantastic! Walkable to the canals, the beach, and shops. I absolutely recommend staying with Rita, whether it be a quick trip or a longer stay!

Great location only few blocks from the beach. The condo is rather quiet and there is no late night noise coming from the main street where all the restaurants are located. However it just takes few minutes to walk to get in the middle of everything. The condo was nice and clean and everything looked fresh. Toiletries, dishes and all necessary kitchen equipment were available and in excellent condition. Parking space in a garage is a big plus as well.

My fiancé and I spent 2 months living here and had a blast. Especially with two people working remotely the office room with a desk was super helpful. I noticed that past reviews mentioned loud upstairs neighbors, but we didn’t experience that. The location is perfect to walk a block down to the beach. Great restaurants right down the street like an Italian spot, Ospi, and a brunch/dinner spot called Great White. The only thing we struggled a bit with was street parking and having to move our car for street cleaning, but that’s to be expected at any highly populated area. We felt very at home, loved the high ceilings, AC in the bedroom and Mike was a great host. Thanks again for the stay!
