Katherine was a great host and the place was as advertised and had everything I needed. Everything was clean and functioned properly. The environment was quiet , private and peaceful which allowed me to get a lot of work done. I had to have groceries and packages delivered and she helped bring them to the door. I'd definitely come back.

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Had a great stay! It was cozy, and comfortable. Super clean, parking was easy, the host was extremely kind, and I enjoyed meeting their pup! I would 100% recommend anyone stay here. Such a unique, great space!

Perfect space & location for our overseas family wedding trip. I had my Mum & 2 teen kids with me & we were able to cook, do laundry, work and chill on the large comfy couch. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, walking distance to 7-11, CVS, grocery store & fast food. A gorgeous and functional space that we loved for 2 weeks!

Loved our stay here! Was coming out to the LA area to visit a friend and my brother. I traveled with my two little kids (3 and 5 years old) and it was perfect for us. Very conveniently located - lots of food options, two different Starbucks within 5 min drive, and a great park for the kids right down the street. I even came prepared with a bunch of toys for the kids, but didn't even need them! They were fully entertained with all of the stuff at the Airbnb. The space consisted of essentially only rooms - open kitchen with little dining table on the first floor and then one big room upstairs (with the 3 beds and Tv). It worked perfectly fine for us but might be too cramped for a larger family. Slight hassle to have the bathroom downstairs, but overall it was fine. Warning for those with kids though: the sliding door next to the kitchen gives a wonderful view of a huge pool and a trampoline (an area that is restricted to guests) so it maybe torturous for little ones.

This was a clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment (full of original art!) with wonderful light and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was responsive and so friendly. Not fancy but far from shoddy! Entrance does require going up a fairly steep flight of stairs.

My stay was great. Easy check in and the location was good. I’d definitely book with them again.

We've stayed in Brett's delightful cottage before and were very happy to return. The place is comfortable, nicely decorated and super practical. The location is great if you need to be in Pasadena, and Brett is easy to communicate with. Recommended.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Casita Bonita! From the moment I arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make me feel welcome with thoughtful touches like snacks, coffee pods, and bottled water—small details that made a big difference. The space itself is beautifully designed and perfectly appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed and bedding were so cozy that I fell asleep effortlessly each night, which is a rare treat when traveling. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and the spacious bathroom felt luxurious, complete with high-quality toiletries. The private guesthouse felt like a true retreat, yet it was still close to my friends close by. The hosts were exceptional kind, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making their guests feel at home. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. If you're looking for a stylish, serene, and well-appointed place to stay in Eagle Rock, Casita Bonita is an absolute gem.

Mylbra was very proactive and responsive through the stay (and prior to our arrival!). Instructions were clear and easy to follow, everything needed for our stay was easy to find. Beautiful views at night from windows and patio. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Just WOW! Jennifer's place is incredible! Everything about her place is simply top notch which it makes it difficult to know where to begin! We arrived with soft music playing to welcome us and a beautiful room so tastefully appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, as well as the refrigerator full of drinks. The bed was so comfortable with soft linens, and I loved resting in bed while having a view of the beautiful room! The towels were plush and the shower was not only beautiful but roomy and elegant. It was so nice to meet and talk with Jennifer and Steve. They are special people!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alina’s place. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to spend as much time here as we’d hoped, but the view was stunning and the place was beautiful and clean. We would absolutely recommend staying here ☺️.

We loved staying at Philip’s place! It was really spacious for three of us and a very cool, unique building that’s entirely private. The grounds were lovely, too. The furnishings were all comfy- especially the beds- and bathroom and kitchen clean. We had everything we could ask for and would definitely stay here again! Philip is quick to respond and super friendly. Next time we hope to have time to enjoy the hot tub!

Camille’s guest suite in Atwater was the perfect place to stay while visiting LA. The studio itself is clean, modern and beautifully decorated. It also had everything we needed and was so comfortable & felt roomy for being a studio. It was really well laid out and thoughtfully designed. The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful (we didn’t get to use it because of the rain but hopefully in the future!) & we loved the private entrance. I will definitely save this spot for future trips!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s Casita! The place was beautiful, quaint, and perfect for our weekend getaway. The bed and linens were super comfy and the outdoor space was gorgeous. It was conveniently located near Intuit Dome which made travelling to the game seamless. This home was well worth the price. Thank you Jennifer and Gerry for being so accommodating and making our stay in LA so lovely.

Hosts are amazing! Very responsive and friendly. Private entrance, quiet, clean. Secured parking. Will be back!

This was a wonderful stay for us. The location was great for getting to lots of different sites and destinations but was quiet and homey and made for a great place to rest and recover. The space was super clean and comfortable, and our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed this visit!

Rit is a wonderful host! The cottage is set up very nice with everything one needs. We have experienced excellent communication with everyone here. We had to extend our stay, and it is very comfortable. We both grew up in Santa Monica as children, and some of our relatives live nearby. ~ We hope to rent here again in the future..If I could say 10 stars, I would!!

I enjoyed the Airbnb. I enjoyed being able to smoke and watch TV outside. The Airbnb was very clean as well.

This is a gem. A retro Southern California pool and pool house nestled into the side of a heavily wooded hill. Quiet, but close to everything in the Studio City area, with easy access to 101. George and Jane are great hosts, communication was smooth. The only issue for us - the kitchen is very modest, apparently a permit requirement, so you need to plan meals accordingly. We have relatives in the area, and we plan on staying here again.

Great Airbnb in Burbank. Pros: -Clean -Nice outdoor seating -Comfortable bed - Fully stocked kitchen - Washer/dryer and dishwasher -Quick drive to good food/drinks -Close to attractions -Close to Burbank airport Cons: - Directly under the flight path from the airport, so can be noisy during the day. I recommend brining ear plugs if you want to sleep in. -Not walkable to a lot, but a short drive away.
