Holiday rentals with a sauna in Venice Canals

Amazing location adjacent to UCLA, groceries, shopping, great food. The condo complex had amazing amenities including pool, gym with climbing wall. We loved it and will choose this property again if we need accommodations in Westwood.

Great location! Close to the airport. Easy access to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. 30 minutes to downtown and Hollywood. Place was spotless. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Ton of towels. Secure parking and entry. My 24 year old son, husband and I felt very comfortable. Trader Joe's is only block and a half away. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Check in was very easy. She messaged and sent pictures so you knew exactly where to get the key. Condo was clean and had the necessary supplies. Location was centrally located to all the things we were interested in doing. Would definitely recommend staying with Lena.

Everything was absolutely awesome. The flat was exactly like the pictures and the description. Meggie was always available and answered every question. We are very thankful that we had the option to be at her place. We can highly recommended it.

Incredibly warm and considerate hosts that are also super responsive and helpful. Space was perfect and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including spices and cooking oil. Beautifully and tastefully decorated condo with TV that’s equipped with Netflix and etc. Extremely clean and modern bathroom. We didn’t end up using the facilities but there was a gym and pool on site that was very convenient. The condo is located right next to the parking spot so it’s quite easy to get to - an absolute bonus in the area!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

Spent a weekend in LA and came across this beautiful home that was located in a perfect area. The check in / out process was fairly easy and I was actually able to check in earlier on the day of my arrival due to the amazing hosts! Everything that I needed was available in the home and there are a lot of places nearby that are easily accessible. The area itself is great. Highly recommended. Overall, this was a great experience and they were great hosts! Would stay again!

Great Location in one of the best buildings in Westwood. Highly Recommend. Target, Restaurants, CVS, TraderJoe's, Ralph's, Whole Foods, 7 Eleven, UPS Store, Starbucks, and In-N-Out Burger are all within walking distance. Unit has nice amenities with washer/dryer in the unit, private balcony, nice sized gym, pool, comfortable modern furnishings, WiFi, secure garage parking spot, and a full kitchen with pots, pans, and all the utensils you need. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. 5 Stars. Rent with confidence.

This Airbnb was a well maintained and comfortable accommodation with an extremely kind and responsive host. The apartment was clean, uncluttered and had the all listed amenities. It was perfect for two people. In addition, we appreciated having the convenience of a parking spot in the garage.

This is one of the best airbnb locations I’ve stayed in! We stayed for a month and it was amazing. Super nice place that is very spacious and in a great location. Entire house was very clean and there are lots of amenities. Becky and Alex were awesome hosts and showed us the place before we started our stay so we felt right at home from day one. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. Very safe area and the neighbors are all super sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach—arguably the best spot in Los Angeles. The host was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay. While the room is basic, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen could use a bit more cleaning, but overall, everything was wonderful.

Great place on a great beach, plus pool and jacuzzi! Crystal was a wonderful host—easy to deal with, responsive and clearly cared about ensuring we shad a good stay.

Unique, fun place to stay in Laurel Canyon. Photos accurately show the house. Unlike some airbnbs lots of extras are included (soap, dishes, laundry detergent, towels at the pool, etc) There are lots of outside steps (we counted about 58) so if traveling with someone who struggles with stairs be advised. The pool is large and heated. I would recommend checking before booking if the pool and hot tub are working as the hot tub was out of service when we stayed but we were told so in advance. Overall a good location and value for the stay. There is nothing walkable as the road is busy with no sidewalk so plan on driving for anything.

Susan’s place was the perfect retreat to rest and recharge during our stay. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, with a Christmas tree that added a festive touch. The location couldn’t be better—walking distance to Abbot Kinney and Erewhon—while still being peaceful and quiet. Linda’s clear and thoughtful communication made our stay seamless. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and rejuvenating getaway.

My daughter and I lost our home to the Palisades Fire and were in urgent need of a comfortable and safe place to stay. Matthew was very responsive and helpful. The check in felt more complicated than it probably was due to what I had just lived through and survived a couple of days prior so I was grateful for my brothers help with picking up the key from the key cafe, figuring out the parking and locating the unit. The space is very comfortable, cozy, safe and peaceful. Also, I very much appreciated how well stocked it was with toiletries, laundry detergent / fabric softener, honestly everything we needed and more. Thank you Matthew!

We had an amazing 8-night stay at this property. It was incredible to be in this area with ample outdoor space (there is an "indoor/outdoor" theme) and good privacy from the neighbors. Our group made full use of the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge--all worked out great. The pictures provided online were very accurate. We had feared that the house would be cramped, but then were pleasantly surprised. There is not much storage in the bedrooms but for a short stay it was sufficient, and it was great to have the comfy common space to lounge in. One of our party stayed in the casita and loved it. Of course Venice is a great spot to be in with amazing food, the beach, walks along the canals, and so on. The place isn't cheap but really it wasn't more than other rentals we were seeing, and being a detached home rather than apartment/flat was worth a lot. We had one kitchen problem (clogged drain) and the host responded to it immediately. Highly recommended rental and host!

What a gem! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so thoughtfully appointed with the guest in mind. Alison and Brad have created such a place and the feeling of being so well taken care of is one they should perhaps teach a Masterclass on.. Beautiful surroundings, soft beds, luxurious furnishings, lots of room to spread out, hot showers, and an amazing spa tub in the master suite, canyon views, heated pool and piping hot Jacuzzi. Keep in mind that there are a ton of stairs to negotiate to get into the house and also to access the several floors inside. If stairs are an issue, recommend another listing. If they are not, prepare for your cardio and run, don’t walk, to book this listing. The place had everything and I cannot wait for an opportunity to return. Thank you so much, Alison and Brad. Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!

Great Host location was exactly what we expected, will rent again in future.
