Apartamento was super clean, new, well equipped, has the essentials a family needs. Markets, pharmacies nearby. Close to the avenue with bars restaurants, a fair and an open-air mall that we really like. Good for strolling at night. The hosts always responded immediately and assisted in everything we needed.

I stayed from the 5th to the 9th, everything was wonderful, I loved the apartment, very well organized, clean and well aired. I would like to thank Silvano for all the service and all the reception. The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

We liked the apartment, everything was clean and organized It's really like the pictures. The air-conditioning makes all the difference to the moments we stay in the apartment and the shower is good with plenty of water. A cool point was the washing machine, as it helps to dry the swimsuits. I just missed a table on the balcony to make a barbecue and I found the double mattress uncomfortable, it made a lot of noise, as it was springs and it is very used. I found it practical to check in and check out .

Gostei is the apartment all brand new,has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, barbecue on the balcony with incredible views of the mountains, ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room,there is Netflix, it has a swimming pool, not very large, but we approved it long before we left. You did not have to explore the region a lot because we only spent two days. The beach that we went is the beach of Félix we spent half an hour to arrive by car.

I traveled with family and the apartment served us in everything! It's beautiful, it was extremely clean, equipped and great location tb! The stove is very weak, and the single mattresses are "moles", tb had no coffee maker that was described! Besides that, we loved it! Ana always responded very quickly , it was very flexible at check-in which helped us too much! It is a very safe place to take the Pet tb since it has a canvas in it! Thank you!!!

Very well located in the southern part of Ubatuba. Easy access to the beaches of Caçarca, Fortaleza, Maranduba and Lagoinha and also to the castle of the Heralds of the Gospel. The cozy condo with a pool. Apt well looked after and clean. I recommend it!

The apartment is well located, well divided, three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and air-conditioning in all bedrooms, cozy, we feel at home ! Near literally everything, near the corner market, pharmacies, fruit and in less than 20 minutes drive on beautiful beaches to the north! The south are also beautiful but more trendy, there is traffic. Rosemar was super attentive, helping us to get the check in quickly and made himself available for whatever it was necessary.
