Great stay, apt well located and close to the beach, several restaurants nearby and market practically on the corner of the street! It was worth it.

Perfect location for short stay. The space was close to absolutely everything and the condominium was very quiet and quiet.

I recommend Arthur's apartment to everyone, it is exactly as in the description. Great location, is 100m from the beach, we went every day on foot, condominium where the AP is excellent, has great pools, among several other things the condominium offers of great use, such as ice machine spread across several points of the condominium. The beach itself is great, especially for those who go in the family, with children and the elderly tb. Riviera is very beautiful and has a very nice structure. In short, I will return at the next opportunity.

The condominium is very large and there is no visible signage regarding access to the blocks. We get lost until we find the correct block. But in general, we really like the apartment. 2 bedroom air-conditioning what p me is essential. Great size for 5 people On Toninhas beach there are no nearby restaurants, and because it is January, the traffic to go downtown is surreal! We ended up going to a restaurant bordering the highway. The beach is very busy. We went to the beach next to Enseada which is very quiet and ideal for children.

The apartment perfectly served my family. It has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning in every room, and everything works. Everything was clean and organized. Good beds and tbm pillows. There's a dryer in the bathroom. Communication with the hosts was great, they always responded to me quickly. The location is excellent, outside the movement of the center, but quickly by car to get there. The condominium is excellent, great pools you can enjoy on a day that you don't want to go to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

I stayed for 10 days at home, needed time and tranquility to work. Balcony enclosed with glass, has a very cool landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Site easy plan walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo always attentive and proactive, even got an extra car seat during the weekend, by courtesy. Flexible Check in and Check out, I indicate for sure. Everything worked as advertised. The apartment is described faithfully and is in a very pleasant and privileged region with access to metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants, all close by. The condominium is legal and the possibility of parking the car is a very interesting factor, since parking in the region can be quite expensive.

We spent great days of rest, I highly recommend.

The accommodation was exactly what we saw in the photos, all well organized, we love the practicality of being in front of the beach and being able to use the swimming pool of the building that was really what made us close and it was worth it, great size and depth of the pool and also excellent use times. Antônio was always very quick to respond and give information before and after we closed. The apartment is very clean and organized has plenty of mattresses and pillows. Very nice shower too. The apartment has a good space and distribution, very well accommodates a group of 8 people, clean, clear and airy. The air-conditioning was able to keep all the rooms very fresh . Bed linen available and clean. Condomínio Compleinho, pool, court, game room and close to the beach and some amenities such as restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, butchery, bakery, market, you can do everything on foot . We love, come back and recommend the space. Thanks Raquel for having us in her apartment, it was a great experience!
