Luciano is a great host, he was friendly and approachable. The house is super comfortable, well equipped and very close to the beach.

We spent a weekend in the house, the experience was wonderful, a cozy and beautiful place, the house is practically standing in the sand, which is perfect for those who go with children and the elderly. In relation to Alexandre, always kind and quickly responded to all the doubts I had, giving restaurant tips, which by the way is incredible. A place I'll probably come back to.

I spent 3 days with my brothers and my grandmother, a sensational house, beautiful, tidy and in great location! Everything is close by!!! I recommend everyone to stay at Bel's home! Good demaaais!

If it were to sum up in a word it would be UNFORGETTABLE ! Perfect House even better than the pictures and descriptions. Everything amazing and thought out with a lot of affection by the hosts, we really felt at home. It was my mother's birthday the day we arrived and Milena had left pampering and a cake wishing congratulations on what made her feel special and making the day even more fantastic. Upon arriving at the house you already see that everything is thought of making the days unforgettable and free of unforeseen events, from everything in the house to facilitate accommodation (cutlery, utensils, oil, salt…) to the box of medicines left in the bathrooms. We really feel welcome and at home ! The tips left by hosts also make all the difference beyond the quick response in case you need anything. Thank you so much for the incredible days, we hope to be back very soon.

My family and I (8 people) spent incredible days at Dário's house! The house has a great location with a view of the sea and is filled with beautiful landscapes, the photos do not account for the beauty of the place. In addition, the house is extremely functional, it has everything you need! We were greeted with an impeccable house! But the factor that makes all the difference for sure is to have the Ninha to assist us with every stay beyond your amazing breakfast and your delicious cakes… a master in the kitchen! And Toninho, the most helpful and attentive boatman in existence! Without them our stay would not have been as it was, they did everything to make our experience even better with a lot of availability and affection. We get in love with the place and people, let's go back for sure! The schooner tour is worth too much!

The house is very nice. The townships were performing works on the street and so there was noise and dust. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Mr. Minoru very solicited and receptive, always responded quickly. Local super clean and pleasant, I loved the pans of it kkk, I did not know the beach of the cove and I loved...including the beach of Santa Rita...that I really wanted to know. It became my favorite place in Ubatuba

The stay was good, Silvio took our doubts.. Móveis were okay, there's air conditioning, swimming pool (we didn't get to use it because we stayed more out of the apartment, in shores) the center and other beaches only make it worth driving, but it's not far away. We like the environment and we think about renting again. note: Only negative point is that they ask us to leave earlier than the contracted time, we left 1h earlier. pq would clean the apartment for another family.

Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

both the accommodation, and the host, wonderful, everything very well placed, the apartment a funny one, the garage for two cars , well accommodated, the dormitories, the living room, the kitchen, with bank and rim decorated with bowls, comics suitable for the marine environment, in the end all the decoration refers to the coast, cushions also, with marine beings, the pool with a waterfall, the barbecue space very well suited, not to mention all the infrastructure of the garden of the entire condominium, with lighting in the trees, in the end, very good the accommodation of Dani. the apartment is beautiful, super clean and airy, we want to return again!

Everyone in the family loved the stay, very clean, identical to the Photos, with plenty of mattresses, air conditioning, fans, all kitchen utensils, washing machine, clothes… finally, it's very practical what made us feel at home! What I liked the most: the internal barbecue and being able to locate the grill of the condominium for only 30.00… which was very cool and helped us enjoy even the days with rain! For having free access to the pools, the children loved it! The heated pool needs to be booked in advance, but we did not find any difficulties in this. We went to the beach Sundays that gives 30 minutes from the apartment, but it is worth it! Anyway, we will definitely be back and we recommend to everyone who wants to have a good family time!

Our family loved the apartment ,we went in 7 adults and one child ,we were super comfortable ,a great structure of both the ap and the building ,the wonderful pool,sauna the heated pool tbm ,finally recommend it and our family intends to go back 🙌🏻

The best place to stay in Ubatuba. In addition to the price, the sensational reception of Marcelo ( host). Super indico, helpful, responds quickly, sends a message during the stay to know you we are enjoying and needing some of the call tip and when we arrived at the apartment there were treats for the guests. The complete apartment for days, months, a full house, the place full of greens, beautiful landscapes, courts, games, saunas, private restaurant, elevator and parking. Super indico and even played with Marcelo if he wanted to sell the apartment, because the place is wonderful and the location is the best !!!

All perfect, the flat is a grace, Carla super requests, the polite and helpful staff, we will return with certainty, and recommend it to everyone. The only caveat is for those who go with the elderly and children, evaluate the ladder, it is narrow snail type.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we love the location of the house, close to the beach we managed to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in the locomotion, the house held well the 07 people,the swimming pool and grill area are great, condominium and quiet, we miss Air fry,and washing machine would help, but we already knew that there was no other, all the same ad, Gisele and André are super attentive, always responded and helped me quickly, thank you for the attention until the next.

My family and I had a great stay. The apartment is close to the beach, and essential daily services. The space is well equipped and the condominium has good security and leisure.
