We spent a weekend in the house, the experience was wonderful, a cozy and beautiful place, the house is practically standing in the sand, which is perfect for those who go with children and the elderly. In relation to Alexandre, always kind and quickly responded to all the doubts I had, giving restaurant tips, which by the way is incredible. A place I'll probably come back to.

One of the best stays I've ever had on the North Coast! The house is amazing, with five bedrooms, three suites and two with a shared bathroom. All rooms are impeccable, air-conditioned, guaranteeing a lot of comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decor provides a surreal warmth. The pool is outstanding, perfect for relaxing. As for the location, the house is close to the beach, in a super quiet neighborhood. Even in the high season, the movement was very quiet. The beach has a great structure, with kiosks and walks, as well as being close to the Trail of the Seven Beaches. Thank you very much for your stay! We enjoy it a lot.

I loved the house! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the deck is fantastic, very close to nature. The house has many amenities and many useful utensils and appliances in the kitchen. It has easy access to the beach and a little market on the corner. I definitely recommend and would come back.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

My family and I (8 people) spent incredible days at Dário's house! The house has a great location with a view of the sea and is filled with beautiful landscapes, the photos do not account for the beauty of the place. In addition, the house is extremely functional, it has everything you need! We were greeted with an impeccable house! But the factor that makes all the difference for sure is to have the Ninha to assist us with every stay beyond your amazing breakfast and your delicious cakes… a master in the kitchen! And Toninho, the most helpful and attentive boatman in existence! Without them our stay would not have been as it was, they did everything to make our experience even better with a lot of availability and affection. We get in love with the place and people, let's go back for sure! The schooner tour is worth too much!

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .

The house is wonderful and spacious, very clean, lots of flowers, garden well cared for, if you notice the care you have with the place and with the host that you are receiving. When activated, they were fast and helpful. Thank you for the reception and intend to return soon.

Wonderful house, wonderful environment, everything clean, everything complete… Very polite, caring, helpful. Pertissimo da Praia, to go on foot peacefully, we spent wonderful days with our family, cooked at home, barbecue, without the slightest problem, we had a lot of fun. Town house owner a spectacular being of incredible sympathy and humility. God willing we'll be back soon.

We spent wonderful family days, the apartment is great, well equipped and very well located, and it is possible to walk to Praia Grande, which was very good, as we do not need to worry about parking, costs and security. The property has mattresses and pillows with covers, fans and air-conditioning that were very useful, as the days were quite hot. On the highest floor it has, living room, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, table with 8 seats and panoramic view. The condominium has a caretaker, covered spaces, swimming pool, barbecue and elevator. The contact with Lara was great, always responding quickly and seeking to answer our questions. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

The apartment is excellent, much larger than the pictures describe, has an exclusive barbecue of the apartment that sits on the terrace, a very large and complete space for a family lunch, comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Very attentive Francisco, helped us in everything that was needed. Apartamento is exactly as described, all very clean and organized. The Rooftop Pool Really Tasty! Excellent barbecue as well as TV in the gourmet area and in the living room ! Super recommend !

We stayed 10 wonderful days! safe, quiet and close to the 3 trendiest beaches of the region (Tenório, Vermelha and Praia Grande) we were walking so close! also close to the Guarani street, full of restaurants and shops, as well as the shopping of Roda Gigante! Glaucia was wonderful as anfritia, responded promptly and arranged for us to have the best stay of life! helped us a lot with items we needed because our trip was too long and there was no way to take. place has a wonderful drinking fountain, barbecue, fogao and more, we feel at home! It would definitely stay again.

Great stay, it has a shadowy dog yard. The condo is very nice. I recommend it .

Amazing weekend…! We already knew the house but it's always good to go back because Eduardo's residence is just wonderful! It has everything we like and moressss…! I'm speechless for this movie house, love of passion..! I would give 10 stars only for the service of Kellen and Fabio who make A DIFFERENCE from any other lodging…! They are friendly, super helpful, make wonderful foods and take care of the like family…! Eduardo, Kellen and Fábio you are to be congratulated for the amazing experience they always offer…! It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is large, comfortable and, although isolated, has an amazing view of the green. The tranquility, by the way, is great for resting and disconnecting from everything else. At the same time, you can be logged in, if you want, and watch the series and movies; just log in to your account. The pool is relaxing, with ideal temperature. The kitchen is well equipped, has various appliances, and only the dishwasher is out of use, but the rest works well. There were some falls of light, suitable from far away regions, but it soon resolved. Rafael was super attentive and did not let us miss anything. If I can suggest anything, perhaps it was a wooden deck on the side of the pool and, on the interior stairs of the house, a wood above the step, too, to give more security and avoid slipping. We love our week on lost. Thank you for everything!!

This property is simply beautiful. The space is organized well, offering open living spaces to enjoy together as well as plenty of bedrooms for privacy and rest. The A/C and fans worked well in all bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and functioned well. The house is supplied quite well for cooking with plenty of dishes and glasses. The pool area is excellent, offering a really relaxing space. We even saw a toucan during our first dip. Jian was a terrific host, always responsive and helped us to troubleshoot as needed. The neighborhood is quiet with a less than 10 minute drive to the historical center or a 20ish minute walk. I hope to come back and enjoy this wonderful property again in the future.
