Monthly Rentals in Playa Potrero, Costa Rica

The place was amazing and great for our group of four. Pros: - Walkable. Located within walking distance of all essentials and the beach. Nita Coffee was very handy! - Layout of the house. The two ensuite bathrooms were very convenient for two couples. - The pool! Nice to have for hot days. - A/C! Handy for working remotely from the place. - Internet was reliable and speedy enough for online meetings and work. Pro/Con - Security/gates. We felt very safe during our stay with multiple gates and doors for the house, including a locked car port. Downside was that we had some trouble with the multiple keys and locks. They were a little finicky. Highly recommend overall. Raviv and Alonso were friendly and very responsive.

Very nice place, close to beaches (few minutes by car). We felt right at home. Inside the gated community you have restaurants and a very nice pool. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this amazing unit in the cutest town of Flamingo, CR! The view was stunning to wake up to every morning, whether sunny or rainy. Lindsey is a great host! Everything was close when it came to restaurants, cafe's, stores, or anything else we were looking for, it was all just a short walk away. Although many of the spots were closed (Angelina's/JP's) we made regular stops into Oceana (highly recommend! Say hi to Asdrubal and ask for a "bartenders surprise" at the bar!), Surf Box and Hazel's. We'd rent this unit again, without a doubt! It was extremely clean and aside from a few minor things, it was an incredible 10 days staying in paradise. We had a vehicle but chose to walk the small and fairly steep hill multiple times daily because nothing was too far to drive to. We both found the Marina Flamingo area (and this rental) is the most conveniently located. It was about a 45 minute drive north to Playas Del Coco, and the same amount of time south to Tamarindo.

Nice private spot with a local grocery 2mins away. Far enough out of ‘town’ for peace and quiet. Porch was amazing. WiFi was good enough to work remotely. My iPhone would lose connection but my laptops were fine. Weird but not an issue at all.
