Holiday houses in Sámara

This apartment is lovely. just as the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony is fabulous. the laundry room in the complex was a god send and Mike and Stacie were so good at communicating with us during our stay. One point to note is that in the rainy season, the roads leading up to this place are in very poor condition. Also, we arrived via Ostional and the road was impassable due to storm water and we couldn't reach Nosara on the first night of our stay. be aware of how treacherous the roads are if you are travelling here yourself! worth the journey when you arrive though!

We come every year and are always so happy and grateful for Andrew and JoAnne's place. It is just perfect for us and reminds us every time why we love to be down in Pelada. A simple walk to the beach, a spacious home with beautiful accents that captures more of the Costa Rica feel. It is close to everything but secluded too. We love it!!! (Just don't reserve our time down there ;-). Thank you Andrew and Joanne, always great to work with.

Patrick and Jo Ellen are fantastic host. We spent a week at their place visiting from Toronto for a week of closeness to nature and yoga. The place was perfect for us. Comfortable bed a futon, warm water shower, a full kitchen, a bright studio with plenty of daylight. The place is quiet and we slept very well. Jo Ellen and Patrick made local recommendations and we felt very well looked after. The location is ideal- close to the beach and walking distance to yoga, trails, other beaches, great restaurants. Highly recommend!!!’

This was our second stay at Condo Dahlia. We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back. The thing we love most about the condo is its location. It is away from the busy downtown and a short walk to the beach. The view from the condo is beautiful. The covered outdoor area is great for relaxing, we spend most of our time out there when at the Condo. It is especially great when it is raining. I love the town of Samara. I love watching all the dogs and horses roaming around. One day there were 5 horses roaming around the beach area as the sun was coming down. Just a magical place! If we ever come back to Samara this will be the place we stay again!

Amazing view and a gorgeous little place. Highly recommend staying here. The hot tub is great, and the house is set up really nicely. It is easy to find and the road is in a good condition. The only consideration is that this is one of two little houses and therefore you have the natural noise of the other guests next door to you. I only write this so as not to expect to be the only little house in the area, and to be aware you could have neighbours.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Tierra Encantada, it truly is a jungle paradise. Everything was extremely high quality, clean, stylish, and comfortable. The accommodations were perfect for the surroundings! The location and view are amazing and really cannot be captured in the photos, being immersed in the jungle during the epic sunsets was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve personally ever had. The spa is also a gem, just as well executed as everywhere else on the property. Don’t miss the wellness package, Anne will show you the way! I also would like to note staff were super attentive in cleaning the rooms every day, and were great about getting things tidy while you were having a meal. The food onsite was super fresh and very nourishing, exactly what I was crazing in the surrounding. I would highly recommend anyone to book here and hope to return soon!

Awesome chill spot. Came here with my wife and was perfect place. Will be back. They have a great pool that doesn’t get over crowded. Rooms are clean and comfy.

We had a great stay at Mari's, she was always very available, responded to our requests quickly, and provided us with lots of detailed information and recommendations for the area. Her place is walkable to the beach from the road, or there is also a path down the hill through the trees that leads down to the next road with shops and restaurants for those capable of navigating the terrain. A pair of good shoes is helpful! It's lovely to have a pool to lounge by during the hot midday hours. Pura vida!

Great cozy studio across the street from a wonderful breakfast and brunch spot. Wonderful value. The location is ~15 minute walk to the beach on unpaved roads is the only drawback. Otherwise a wonderful spot!!
