Monthly Rentals in Patsides

We expected to arrive in the first afternoon, but experienced multiple delays thus I let the host know and she was always very understanding and helpful. We arrived at about 7pm and she reached us as we could not find the location. Extremely polite, understanding and kind she took her time to show the house and explain any facility. The house is great, everything is working as expected, beds and bathrooms showed no problems, air conditioning works great. The garden surrounding the house is very beautiful, with games (ping-pong, basket, amaca, bicycles) and very beautiful panorama all around up to the sea. The only minor problem we had is with some ants in the kitchen, but it is understandable having the garden all around. They show up quite quickly when you place food on the working plane. Thank you very much Fotini, hope to visit again in the future.

One of the best AirBNBs we've stayed in; great location with wonderful views and very peaceful surrounded by olive groves. The Villa is full of character and personal touches, and an ideal location to visit Knossos and Heraklion. Minas was more than helpful, providing suggestions for activities and places to eat. Only small draw back is the narrow/steep ascent from Kato Archanes, but Minas provided clear instructions about how access via the best route.

Susanna is a thoughtful host: she anticipates what we might need, very responsive and ready to be of service. The accommodation is convenient: located close to the airport and the main roads to explore the island. We were always able to park near the property. We recommend it without hesitation!

We loved our Easter holiday in Crete, and this is a wonderful place to stay. Dimitrios and Georgina are very generous and thoughtful hosts with great attention to detail. The apartment was comfortable and spotless. It was tastefully decorated too. The bookshelves are full, and they have included a cupboard of useful maps/guides. They provided a few delicious locally sourced provisions to get us started. Dimitrios kindly gave us advice on the best places to visit, good places to eat, and easy parking around the island. This was invaluable to us. We really liked the rural feel of the place; it is within easy reach of Knossos and Heraklion, but well out of the way of the main bustle. An ideal spot to relax. I’d say to make the most of the island, a hire car is needed, and the house has parking available. I’d recommend this as a fantastic place to relax and a great base to explore Crete from.
