I would split the review into two: the apartment and the host (Sofia). The apartment is "simply" as it appears in the photos: bright, spacious, very clean, with new furniture, very well organized with everything you need even for a medium/long stay. Located in a strategic and quiet area of ​​Kos, you can easily reach beaches and clubs for a completely relaxing stay. And.... for those like me who wanted to visit the island, it has easy parking nearby. The host: Sofia. Present in real time with her advice on beaches and restaurants, but at the same time discreet and not invasive of our privacy. Thank you very much Sofia for your advice, for your availability that made our stay splendid. Would I go back? If I were to return to Kos, definitely (of course if available)

The apartment was great! Very clean and everything is available. Magnificent view. Huma was always immediately helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. 3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

WOW. This place is stunning, we're already planning a return trip as soon as possible. Probably the most beautiful pool/view combo I've ever experienced, along with an exceptionally comfortable and well-stocked Airbnb. Communication was excellent, and I can't think of anything to improve on at all. If you're thinking of booking, do it.

It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to relax and feel at home. The location is just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the beach. Alexandros’ father, who lives across from the property, was incredibly helpful and kind with everything. Thank you for hosting me—it was a pleasure!

Lovely hosts and great location with nice local beach with sunbeds & supermarket both a short walk and can also stroll along the harbour to the restaurants & shops in the center. Best of all the views from the balcony looking over the water, perfect to enjoy the Bodrum sunsets

The location of the house is perfect. The relevance of the people who are interested (Ms. Ayşe and Ms. Mukaddes in charge, as well, thank you) is the upper level. The house is more beautiful than the ones in the photo. If you want to relax and have a pleasant time, and it is a place to retreat. The pleasure of waking up to the peace of mind is definitely among my favorites. Selling; You need to wait for 10 15 minutes for hot water, don't disturb Ms. Ayşe because there is no hot water☺️

The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. Everything was close by, and it was less than a 10-minute walk to the city center. We stayed there with a group of five girls, and everything went smoothly. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly if we had any issues.
