Monthly Rentals in Panagia Kalou

Had a wonderful 5 days here. Private and quiet, right on the sea. Every time we visited the bustling towns of Firo or Oia we were thankful to come back to this peaceful villa. Hosts were wonderful. Appreciated the daily breakfast and they were always there to help. Highly recommend a car. Very glad we did not rent an Atv or scooter. Small car is much more comfortable for running into town for dinner. Heated pool was as great as it looks. It’s a rocky beach right in front of the house. A bit tricky to get in and out of the water, but wonderful once in. Bring goggles to enjoy the crystal clear water and little fish. There is a quiet sandy beach just a 10 min walk up the coast.

This villa was amazingly beautiful and spacious. It is right on the water and the treat of hearing the waves and looking at the ocean was wonderful. The garden is beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the view (thought it was mostly cold and rainy when we were there - so our view gazing was only from the hot tub usually). The villa is well furnished and lovely inside with plenty of space and amenities. Ioakim is so kind and met us when we arrived with cake and food for the night and breakfast so we didn't have to go out right away. You need a car to stay here but with a car, it is a great base location being 10 minutes from Fira, 15 from Oia, and at most 30 minutes from anywhere else we wanted to go. This was probably the best airbnb we've ever stayed in and we stay in airbnbs often all over the world!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. It was exactly what we were hoping for. It is a perfect location if you want to be within shouting distance of Olia and the caldera while staying somewhere private and in a peaceful, rural location. The house was at a very high specification and lovely. Andreas was a wonderful host and was anxious to ensure we had the very best time. He offered electronic maps with excellent recommendations for places to visit and places to eat, all of which were great. Highly recommended.

The Villa is beautiful with lots of space. Very convenient to everything on the island. Host is great and would highly recommend if you’re looking for some privacy!
