The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

Great location. Quiet little community within walking distance to anything you need, including the beach. Condo was stocked with all of your beach necessities- towels, chairs, boogie board. The welcome book had all of the information we needed + more. Easy/clear check in directions and early check in/late out was offered, which is always appreciated! Bottled water in the fridge upon arrival which we were so thankful for since we arrived late at night after everything was closed! We were also greeted with a congratulatory champaign bottle as we were on our honeyhoneymoon. Very thoughtful! We would absolutely return if we find ourselves in the area again.

Danny was very accommodating for all kind of questions and very quick by responding to messages and requests. The apartment was just great, we had a lot of space and the beach was so close, 5min by walking.

This incredible property is surpassed only by its supportive, caring and generous hosts Deborah and her husband Dan!! The property exceeded expectation as the photos don’t quite do it justice - the rooms are actually more spacious than they appear, the kitchen is fully equipped and one never tires from the spectacular panoramic views. The pool and patio area are private, inviting and relaxing. Our family of four did not want for anything during our one week stay. Our gracious hosts made us feel comfortable and completely at home. We highly recommend this property to anyone. P. S. a car is required to access the property as specified in the description.

My husband, myself, and our three young adult children stayed at Ellen’s place for a week. The Airbnb was just as Ellen described. It is a townhouse condo that looks out on pretty palm trees and the pool. There are 3 full baths plus a half bath on the first floor. They layout was perfect for us and we enjoyed have shared living space, the kitchen with table and chairs, and the washer dryer. You could easily walk to the beach and to town. Ellen gave us fabulous recommendations for things and restaurants in Tamarindo. We also utilized her property manager to arrange airport transportation and a private chef one night. We loved Tamarindo and I recommend Ellen and her place.

5 star stay all around.

Kim’s place overlooking Ocotal bay is absolutely stunning. We felt like we were in a five star resort. The views are incredible and we could hear the waves crashing from our balconies. All the rooms were spotless and the furniture is high quality. We enjoyed the little extras like plentiful beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler which made our beach outings even better. The location was great for us as we visited several beautiful beaches nearby. We look forward to one day returning.

House was beautiful and great location to the town and activities. Concierge service was wonderful and very responsive.

Ilya is the most communicative and helpful host out there! So accommodating and gracious, including when our flight was cancelled. Offers a ton of helpful recommendations. The condo is clean and the rooftop view is so beautiful, such a peaceful place to enjoy dinner or a good book. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Coco beach was not our favorite location in Costa Rica, but no complaints about this Airbnb, and the hosts service is simply unmatched.

Erika's place was very nice and exactly as described. What I liked best was how responsive she is, she left very detailed instructions for everything (inside the home and in Tamarindo), made recommendations on things to do and what's happening in the area around the time of our visit. The home was clean and cozy. Liane (the manager) was super amazing! Whatever we needed she was quick to respond and very helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations. They really care about making your stay a great one. I would book here every time I'm in Tamarindo.

The only thing better than the place was the host. Scott was born to host on Airbnb. From the time we arrived to moment we left, he was always just a msg away and took incredible care of us. The place has everything you need to enjoy a week, a month or a year in Coco. We’re talking cheese grater, rice cooker, cooler to take on your travels…literally everything. The condo is ideally located a couple minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and a mere 2 min walk from the ocean. The pool is always clean and 20ft from the front door. I’ve stayed in 30+ Airbnbs and this one is for sure in my top 3. Six stars.

We stayed at Roma Del Mar for 4 weeks and had a really nice relaxing stay! We're a family of 5 with 3 kids. The duplex was spacious, had comfortable beds and came equipped with all the basics. They were even able to provide a crib and high chair. The pool was nice! Small supermarket right there, though we also went to Jicaral (about 25 minutes drive away for groceries). The restaurant has amazing food and is a nice relaxing beachfront space. There's also a kids playground close to the restaurant so our kids spent a lot of time there while we relaxed on the swing benches facing the beach. It was really nice to walk along and our kids had fun finding sea shells. Also, Playa Blanca was about 10 minutes away. Noelia was an amazing host!! Super responsive, always gave lots of information. We did a few tours, including Tortuga island and Curu Wildlife reserve, daytrip to Montezuma. I highly recommend staying here if you want to get away from highly touristy areas.

Liane is an excellent host. She was proactive in her communications with us in regard to our check in and out times and when there was some very very minor damage from a previous guest. The location was great for us as we love walking and exploring. Liane had many fantastic recommendations and we were never led astray.

I really enjoyed my stay; it was a little piece of paradise! It was very spacious, cozy, and made me feel right at home. It had great amenities, including everything you need in the kitchen, and an in-suite laundry was a nice added touch. The shared pool was a great way to cool off and lounge when I didn’t feel like going to the beach; and when I did, the beach was an easy 15-20 minute walk. There are a few local walkable shops (coffee and restaurants), but I would be prepared to take transportation if you want to go farther into town. I’d strongly recommend staying here!

It is an excellent place to relax with family and visit beautiful spots. The beach is very close, and there are great restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay, this place is very recommended if u like to party during the day and have a nice rest at night. The place is 3 mins drive from tamarindo beach and 10mins walking. The Condo has all the basics for cooking (nice stove, utensils,plates,pots, nice fridge with ice maker,coffee Maker and more). Beds are very confortable and bathrooms are clean. Swimming pool is right in front so it was nice just to go out and check on our kid while using the pool. We felt like home.

Mira's condo made us feel right at home. Clean and very well equipped with all necessities. 5 stars!

We loved our stay, the house is very spacious. Kids loved having a pool in the backyard and another one in the community. Hosts were always available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and had the best month.
