Wonderful apartment in La Fortuna. Great location to the Main Street. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom is newly renovated and includes everything you need (shampoo, soap, towels). The complimentary coffee was also nice.

Maria was helping to communicate and trying to reach out every time before we arrived . We feel that we are taken care by her so ! Thanks Maria

We loved our stay with Ronald and would definitely recommend it. The place looks exactly as in the photos with nice surroundings of trees with birds to enjoy. Ronald is super responsive and helpful and brought us coconuts and sugarcane to try. He's a great guy and you will enjoy getting to know him.

A very cozy place to spend time as a family and the feeling of being in the coolness of the mountain despite the warmth of the beach.

The Garden House looks exactly like the photos. The garden itself is spectacular and really added to the experience. Eva is a thoughtful and responsive host and helped us with all of our needs. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking our meals. We did not use the laundry machine but did dry clothes on the line. We decided to stay in this unique location and visit the attractions with a rental car instead of taking shuttles and taxis. The convenience outweighed the risks from driving on unfamiliar roads (especially challenging at night).

This Airbnb was fantastic. In fact, we wish we cancelled one of our planned excursions to just spend time at the property. The property is lots of fun and the pool is great. We didn't stay long enough to use the open-air kitchen, but it was really cool. The room you sleep in is a quite small and a bit musty, but it was fine. Norwin was very helpful with us - we needed somewhere to store our luggage after checking out of our last location and before checking into his place. He helped us very proactively and coordinated is leaving our luggage with the cleaner, who then brought it to the property for us. It was fantastic.

The house is perfectly designed to accommodate a large group, kids friendly, clean and well located, about 7 min walk to the beach. Alex was super nice, allowed us to check in earlier, provided very clear directions and check in instructions. She always responded quickly, provided great local recommendations, and connected us with a great chef, who turned out to be cheaper than any restaurant and prepared enough food to last for days. Our family of 10 really enjoyed the house :)

We traveled with 3 small kids and stayed just over a month. We wanted to be off the beaten path but close enough that we could venture in if we wanted. The house was great. Other reviews mention it is kind of a strange layout with no living room and the 3rd bedroom upstairs (you consider to get in) but we loved it. I would stay here again no doubt. The best part of our stay was Ms. Doris. She is one of the best humans we have ever met. I can’t say enough good things about her. My family will miss her! The pool is huge and monkeys are everywhere. The town in a small village with a great sense of community. Amazing stay!

Inna's place was just PERFECT for our family with 2 small kids. The private jacuzzi is partly shaded for most of the morning, so the kids could play safely while being supervised when the beach would be too hot and sunny. We all slept well and were able to prep meals at home, or walk 5-10 min all the nearby restaurants and to the beach. Loved it!

This Condo was really great value. The pictures are accurate and the patio and its view are legit. Ilya was super responsive, kind, and helpful. Ilya makes sure the condo has all the amenities you would hope for (kitchen stuff, salt/pepper, beach towels/chairs, cooler, repellent, etc.). The condo is in a gated community manned 24/7, but you really don't need that in Coco, but it provides some peace of mind. It is semi walk-able. It is about 1/2 km to some nice restaurant/coffee shops and 1 km to the main road in town. You have to want to walk it as there is elevation getting back to the condo. So good exercise, or just a 3-5 min car ride to town. I had no issues parking but it was low season. Overall, this is a really great value and as advertised. It would work well for a single, a couple, or a couple with small children, but he 2nd room and shared shower could get small for more people than that.

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location on Jaco Beach! You're within walking distance of dozens of great restaurants, literally within a few blocks of you. The condo was spectacular, the views magnificent, and the service from Dream Maker's matched the quality of the property! 100% first-class in every way!!

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

Excellent place, quiet, very good location

Stephanie was very responsive as a host. We were able to navigate check in and settle in quickly. The place was cozy- wifi was faint but given we were there to be outside and explore no big deal. The pool was lovely and the quick cut thru to town made it easy to get to the beach and many many great restaurants. The kids were super excited to even see a monkey in one of the trees nearby!
