Holiday rentals with a sauna in Lazio

Had a great stay here for a couple of nights while visiting Rome. While the apartment is a little further out from the very centre, access into the city was super easy with nearby transport links. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The added bonus of the hot tub and sauna made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

It was a real pleasure to stay with you. Unfortunately, my wife broke her foot, and Nicola was incredibly helpful in finding the hospital and arranging a wheelchair for her. He even dropped it off at our apartment. We all really appreciate all the help and support you’ve given us. Thanks again, Nicola, for everything!

Wonderful stay with flawless communication. The apartment is exactly as pictured and in a great location—easy to get to everything. We were able to check-in earlier for an additional charge and the team quickly communicated if we asked any questions. They were even helpful helping us get to the airport at 4:45AM! Amazing location. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended! The owner arranged for us to get back and forth from the airport, which was very generous of him. It is worth knowing that you need to bring soap, toilet paper and other basic products.

We stayed in Marta's place for 4 nights in Feb. Our stay was overall good. Marta checked us in in person although it was a late hour. Marta was very responsive before and during our stay. Although we booked Marta's place for the sauna and jacuzzi, we ended up not using them fully (not enough time) except for taking bath several times-which felt good after long walks. My family found their beds extremely comfortable (not me. I guess I prefer hard mattresses). Marta told me there would be a dish soap and sponge, but not a laundry detergent in the property before our trip, but we found a laundry detergent, but no dish soap or sponge. We bought them and other stuff, such as extra toilet paper, in a nearby store, so not a problem. The real problem was noise: traffic noise and noise from downstairs' restaurants. It was worse than I expected. I, a light sleeper, had to wear my Boss noise-canceling headset during my sleep. My family told me that they also woke up several times due to noise.

Simone is a fantastic Host, and his condominium is the ideal place to stay in Rome. It is without a doubt the best space I have ever experienced using AirBNB; it is the space you hope to enjoy when you request stays through AirBNB. It is immaculate, spacious, clean and convenient. In addition, Simone is a most polite, friendly and accommodating Host. We had an extremely late check-in; Simone graciously put us at ease responding that he would meet us for check-in despite the late hour - close to 11:00 p.m. His kindness was most appreciated after a long stressful day of travel from Naples. He is an excellent communicator and timely responsive. Could not sing his praises any higher. Whenever I return to Rome, I hope the opportunity exists for me to stay in this Condo again. Perfectly and conveniently located near Vatican City. For what you receive, the value is tremendous. Money well spent. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Marco’s place is more beautiful than the pictures! He and Monica greeted us and showed us around. They are extremely thoughtful. The location is perfect. It was a great vacation!

The condo was beautiful and had all of the regular needs like wine glasses, shampoo and lots of towels! The bedroom was fantastic. The room was dark and quiet and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in months! Paolo was provided great recommendations and was responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here! Roy stepped in and saved our Rome trip when another Airbnb let us down. This space is exquisite, his hospitality is legendary, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Every amenity has been thought of, the space was immaculately clean, and the view off the porch was outstanding. Roy mentioned that he designed this space based on what he would want in a home-away-from-home, which was clear in every detail. We cannot thank Roy enough for an excellent stay!

Stefano was an exceptional host: very responsive, kind, warm and always available. He was able to answer all our questions with patience and kindness, and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay. His flexibility and attention to detail really made the difference! The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything you need for a comfortable 4-day stay. Good bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, fast and stable wifi, as well as convenient amenities like a washing machine and ample storage space. Its quiet location, slightly outside the city center but very well connected by train, tram and bus, making it easy to get around.

We stayed a few days at the end of october. We loved the appartment. It is as written and showed in the photo's. You can stay there and enjoy the magnificent view, the lovely appartment and the spaces outside. There are also a lot of places around that you can visit. Information you will find in the information pack. Christina provided the appartment with a lot of little attentions; prepared hearth, candles, nice soaps and bath towels, olive oil from own property, .... Christina herself is a very pleasant person to meet and the contact with her went easy and smooth. Relaxing place.

Just an hour from rome, this lovely stay is just perfect. The view from the window every morning, and the restaurants just outside the door, made the location great. The host was so welcoming, and made our stay fun and homey, she just thought of everything! Hope to come again soon...

Luca was a very kind and helpful host, from our first contact via Airbnb where he accepted our two dogs; he was also able to recommend a restaurant in Capodimonte where we could eat vegan alternatives. The place is delicious, you can see the attention to detail, in the offer of ample breakfast and cleanliness. In a few minutes by car you can reach the town and other places to visit all around the Lake. We'll definitely be back in the warm season!

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

If you are looking for an authentic medieval village experience this listing is for you. You can tell Lorenzo put his full hart and soul into renovating his historical family home. He is definitely a craftsman and an artist. If you have the intention of cooking bring a short chef otherwise the home is fantastic with a picturesque view! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We spent two nights with the high school class to celebrate the 100-day junior exam. Super quiet place, easily found (just a little complex the climb to get there) and surrounded by beautiful nature. Everything was super clean and very well kept by Alfredo, who was always very helpful. Given the location, in the middle of the countryside and about 15 minutes from the nearest village, it is a highly recommended experience for groups of friends looking to take a few days to relax. Simple and beautiful bedrooms, a very nice spa, and an outdoor bathtub make the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Beautiful kitchen located under the farmhouses dedicated to the rooms, where there are 2 tables outside and one inside that allow you to eat all together. Overall the overall cleanliness, things to do and serenity flew these days, making this experience wonderful!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We highly recommend Peter's estate, an oasis of peace and quiet. The house is equipped with all comforts and is surrounded by wonderful gardens and ponds.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

We had a great time, Francesca and Sestina were very helpful and courteous. The house is cozy, clean, tidy and has two balconies that we have used a lot. We leave it with regret.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Stefano's property, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment of our arrival, Stefano was a super helpful, courteous, attentive host and gave us many valuable tips. The aperitif and breakfast offered during the stay were plentiful and much appreciated. In addition, we had the opportunity to enjoy the sauna and hydromassage service, a unique experience in the name of relaxation. The apartment, as shown in the photos, is very welcoming and equipped with every need. We'll definitely be back! ☺️
