Holiday rentals with a patio in Lazio

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photo and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely consider it as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

Traveling solo once again in beautiful Roma, I found this gem of calm and light in Luigi's Vatican area Airbnb. His decor choices are thoughtfully serene and everything he provides is spotless and just right. The stunning terrace was my highlight to choose this hillside neighborhood of beautiful period buildings.For a week in mid January I had the prettiest outdoor haven, so very relaxing. Luigi's hands‐on caring Hosting style is evident here as well. Gosh it is such a find!! Dreamy comfy bed, spacious shower, modern kitchen and heating, bingeable Netflix, easy walking to everything Vatican and Uber is just a quick call away. Do book a ride with Luigi from the airport FCO if he's available, and try to arrive into Rome midday. You will thank yourself!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Wonderful place with beautiful view! The hot tub is a real plus. The accommodation is very beautiful and modern with all the amenities needed. A nice shower and a very nice bed. I recommend this place! The hosts are welcoming and very responsive! Thank you 🙏

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Beautiful farmhouse to say the least! Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant decor. Dream outdoor space! Amazing views, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and private host but always present and available as needed. Your tips on activities, restaurants, and places to visit nearby are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with a bottle of a local cellar and excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super manicured garden, and breathtaking 360º views, sunrise, and spectacular sunsets. Perfect solution for those who escape the chaos of the city and look for a stay of total relaxation. It would just be missing a nice pool then it would be the dream home! We will definitely be back!

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

My stay at Giacomo’s place was absolutely fantastic! The space was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. Barbara’s place was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. We had trouble leaving the airport bc of the strikes and Barbara was very understanding and flexible with our check in time. She met us at the gate and showed us around the apartment. She had food and drinks stocked for us! Who does that?! Barbara does! We were so grateful. She had a list of local recommendations for places to eat. I found that renting an electric scooter or bike was the best and most fun way to get around town and down to the city! Barbara is a very gracious host and made my son feel very special for his birthday. 🥰 I highly recommend this spot for your stay to Rome

The apartment was warm and cosy, the bed was very comfortable, we loved the balcony, it was walkable to everywhere.. the Vatican, Trastevere, Piazza Navona, restaurants, shopping, etc.. We loved this place and 100% recommend it. Alois took wonderful care of us, even recommending a driver for us to and from the train station!

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Even prettier in person than the photos. Loved coffee on the garden patio. Location is wonderful for Colosseum and Roman Forum. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby with a market across the street. The place was spotless and modern. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at Lorenzo's apartment. Lots of space in the apartment to hang out with family and a view of all of the New Years Eve fireworks from the terrace! Walkable to lots of sights and restaurants Lorenzo was extremely responsive- there was an internet outage in the area and he promptly came to the apartment and provided us a temporary fix until it was restored Highly recommend !

certainly super hosts in a super apartment. the hosts were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and before that. the apartment is quaint and beautiful and 5 minute walk for st.peters basilica, walking distance from many other important spots and from comfortable public transport. the street was busy and hechtic during the day but the apartment is quiet and private. in summary, it was really supper.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Spacious apartment that is a five minute walk to St Peters Square. The road is on a hill but is close to restaurants and shops at the bottom of the road. There are three very large bedrooms with good lighting and nice linens. The kitchen had all the amenities you require. The best part is two outdoor areas, a balcony off one bedroom and a terrace off the kitchen/living area. We appreciated the travel books and list of areas to visit. The cost was extremely reasonable for the size of the apartment.
