Thea was very responsive and I answer all my messages super fast, very hygienic, excellent location and you can do everything practically walking

I was looking for a quiet, essential, relatively inexpensive place for Rome and quite close to the public transport stops from which to reach the center and I can think I found it. Very clean room and bathroom, tidy and easily accessible kitchen and dining room. If I have to be picky, just a few lids were missing to cook without problems, but for frugal meals it's more than fine. Carlo was kind, very helpful, discreet and welcoming and for that I thank him.

Andrea was a fantastic gracious host. The first morning we had to leave before breakfast and he ensured we had something before we left. He made us feel very welcomed and gave great advice on transportation and places to see. Very much at the top of my list of Airbnb hosts!

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Short walk to Vaticano. Large and clean room. Safe neighborhood with a lot of stores and restaurants. Plus Danielle always replies us in time. 10/10 experience!

The house and appartment are very chic, I enjoyed it very much to be in the heart of Rome and to live even for a shorter time as native Romans. The room had many beautiful decor details and even the fridge. It is not in the touristic center, but very close to it (especially to the Villa Borghese). The taxi stop is not so far away. Around the house there are boutiques, cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket. I can highly recommend this place.

Very good location, accessible

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

Excellent place with a great host

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

great location near roma termini the hosts are kind and well communication. only thing that need to be improved is that rain shower had too low water pressure.

Silvia is great host. Received us very well, the apartment is a few meters from the coliseum which made our stay easier. The building has an elevator, the shower is hot and the bed is comfortable. Thanks for the experience, we definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at Paolo's place! The apartment is very well connected to all means of public transport, making getting around the city really easy. It is perfect for a short vacation in Rome, with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Paolo was a very kind and helpful host, always ready to give useful advice. In addition, he offered us a delicious breakfast at a place adjacent to the B&B, a stylish bar with a really nice retro atmosphere. We will definitely be back and will be our point of reference every time we visit Rome! Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable. Marco is quick to respond to any messages/questions. It is not near any attractions but a quick walk to the metro station. It was very quiet as well.

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply spatial: all fresh ingredients (the eggs collected directly from their chicken coop!). Highly recommended!

Stayed for 6 nights with Diane. We were exploring the area and the Gran Sasso. Excellent location in the old city of Penne with access to all amenities within walking distance. Diane was a very friendly and helpful host. The property has a very private and lovely terrace with a view which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

Perfect base for excursions in the Parco dei Monti della Laga, Paola provides valuable advice and organizes a complete welcome of everything. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco’s Airbnb in Rome! The room was exactly what we hoped for—a charming, typical Italian space with high ceilings and a bathroom with a shower. We especially loved the spacious balcony, which gave us a nice spot to relax. The apartment also has a shared kitchen, which we didn’t use, but other guests seemed to enjoy. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, with the Colosseum just a short walk away and easy access to buses and the metro for reaching other sights. Italian hospitality truly lives up to its reputation, and Francesco made us feel right at home. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Rome.
