Title: Excellent experience, 100% recommended! My stay was amazing. From the moment I arrived, Thea was very friendly and helpful, always willing to help with information about the city and recommendations of places to visit. The facilities were spotless, with comfortable rooms and well ventilated. The beds were quite comfortable, and the cleanliness in the bathrooms and common areas was spotless. In addition, the decor had a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. Another highlight is the location: it is close to the main tourist attractions and well connected with public transport. I also really enjoyed the common areas, perfect for meeting other travelers and sharing experiences. Overall the value for the value is excellent. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this beb in Rome, which made our experience in the capital even more special. The location is simply perfect: within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, such as the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Trevi Fountain, but in a quiet area, away from the chaos. The room was cozy, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a comfortable bed that allowed us to rest at our best after a long day of visits. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to give us useful advice and resolve our every request. Breakfast, plentiful and varied, allowed us to start the day with energy. Overall, an impeccable experience that we highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover Rome in total comfort!

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

We cannot wait to return to this charming Locanda! Truly a Gem in the village of Prossedi. This was our second time staying here. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Daniela and her family are hospitable and sweet. She also owns the Persei restaurant and serves delicious authentic Italian local cuisine. The views from our window looked like paintings!

Excellent place with a great host

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

Silvia was a great host, really helpful with directions. Room was great, clean and spacious, coffee and cakes/biscuits were a lovely touch. Location was perfect, next to the Colosseum and metro but quiet. The main station and all attractions were all walkable. I would stay here again and would recommend

Myself and my daughter stayed in the Orange room. We had a lovely stay here! The room is exactly as described with the use of coffee machine, mini fridge and a safe. It was nice and quiet, especially at night. We heard no noise at all from anywhere. It was also very clean too. It's a great base to explore Rome. Only a few minutes walk to Vatican City, and a 2 minute walk to the Metro station for easy transport to other attractions such as The Colosseum and Trevi fountain. We found restaurants easily in the area also. I would highly recommend staying here, and would do so myself for future visits to Rome. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the daily cleaning service, which we did not expect and that turned out to be impeccable, the best ever received in these types of stays. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Paolo was extremely accurate in his description of every detail, making self check-in very simple thanks to his clear directions. At checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting him in person, a touch we really appreciated. The location is great: the Piramide metro and Ostiense station are both within walking distance in about 10 minutes, ensuring an excellent connection to the rest of the city. Breakfast, included in the package and affiliated with a bar nearby, was a pleasant addition. However, we recommend asking bartenders in advance what the offer includes to avoid surprises. The place is a dream. The rooms are lovingly cleaned every day. Wonderful breakfast. Perla and Riccardo are friendly, helpful and incredibly nice, caring hosts. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and all this overlooking the sea and only 30 minutes away from Rome. Will be back! Thanks Perla and Riccardo.

Charming and quiet location, a real little slice of paradise. Tamara and Albert are super welcoming hosts. There are several pets on site, all very sociable. Breakfast is simply spatial: all fresh ingredients (the eggs collected directly from their chicken coop!). Highly recommended!

Stayed for 6 nights with Diane. We were exploring the area and the Gran Sasso. Excellent location in the old city of Penne with access to all amenities within walking distance. Diane was a very friendly and helpful host. The property has a very private and lovely terrace with a view which was great for relaxing after a day of exploring.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

The apartment was pristinely clean and fragrant. Comfortable beds and wonderful shower. The property is very well located (only 7 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport). I highly recommend it.

Silvia’s and Francesco’s place was wonderful - piece of heaven on top of the hill, quiet area, brilliant garden and magical views. Whole house and our room was very cozy, we felt like home from the first moment we stepped in. Style of the room/house/garden is unique. We got many recommendations from Silvia where to go, places to visit, where to eat etc. We had a nice conversation at the breakfast table and also in the garden during the sunset. We booked Silvia’s place for the last 2 days of our Italy trip to explore some places near Rome and we had early flight from Ciampino Airport, and the house is only 30min from that. To be honest we have loved to stay there longer because the place was perfect and Silvia & Francesco was such a nice and warm hosts. We definately suggest that place when you are looking for peaceful and relaxing place to stay near Rome (by the way - the view in the evening from room and balcony to the lights of Rome was just incredible)
