Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

Apartment in a strategic area of Rome, with bus stop nearby and Piramide station 15 min walk very nice testaccio area! the apartment is as described and has all the comforts you need, inside a very, very quiet condominium! Our stay in this apartment was simply perfect! The location is ideal – just a 15-20 minute walk from all the main attractions, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of Rome. The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, and our host, Luca, was beyond accommodating. He gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be real hidden gems! Check-in was very flexible – we had the option of self-check-in or meeting Luca in person. We chose to meet him, and we’re so glad we did! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This was our first time in Rome, and thanks to the excellent location and wonderful accommodation, the experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

Alessandro and his wife are two young people, very nice, and very helpful. The apartment is located in an apartment building surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean paths, equipped with all the comforts, as indicated in the proposal , cozy, and it is like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if needed, a care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with politeness, familiarity and courtesy, in a few words, very well. We highly recommend everyone to be able to use this apartment for a stay in Rome. I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Ervis was always very available and responsive when I needed (responses in the next few minutes). Great location a few minutes from the sea, also with a part of public beach. Lots of restaurants around, a great market - 2min away, free park spots in the neighborhood available all the time. neighborhood on. Air-conditioned and comfortable apartment with all the necessities and above all clean! without hesitation I go back!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Andrea's place. There is a Lidl less than 10 minutes away which is very convenient for picking up a variety of supplies. This is just one of a number of grocery stores nearby. The apartment is brilliant and spacious with 2 bedooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with two single beds). The room with a double bed has a very convenient en suite bathroom. Location wise, we were just under 10 minutes from Malatesta metro station (Line C) which you can use to get into the centre of Rome in 20-30 minutes, but be careful of metro strikes / construction works and be prepared to use a taxi if travelling late and the metro is not running. Overall, Andrea was a very good and responsive host, and I would highly recommend Andrea's place. Grazie Andrea!

Our stay was everything we had wished. Had to contact them a few times and they were very prompt and helpful. The apartment was charming and the rooftop views and jacuzzi were wonderful.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

We felt so at home that we extended our stay. Comfy bed, friendly hosts, stunning view. Truly the perfect AirBnB.

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Nice clean, well-kept condominium with private pool and the sea a few steps away. The apartment is very nice with all the comforts including precious air conditioning...nice terrace with an ideal tent for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, an absolute design gem. It also offers lots of space and all amenities. Perfect, especially with children. The children's room contains many beautiful toys and books are and one of the most beautiful children's museums (Explora) is close by.

Just a lovely peaceful and clean place to come back to after a very busy day exploring the city of Rome. The bus, then metro to the centre did worry us at first but we soon found this easy to do, every time we were in the centre in 30 minutes, and getting back was just as easy. Flavio was an excellent host was always available when we needed him and was always super nice. We made full use of the kitchen facilities and it had everything you needed. We have no negative things to say, the apartment and Flavio helped us have our first visit to Rome magical. We will definitely book here again and I can’t wait.
