Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

I had an amazing stay in Rome! Luca was incredibly kind, proactive, and responsive — always quick to reply and very flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He even sent great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Rome — we were able to walk to all the major attractions, and there was always something happening nearby, yet it was quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Highly recommended!

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

What I liked most was the excellent location, the apartments are 10 meters from the sea. Communication with the owner was pleasant.

Alessandro and his wife are two young, very nice, and very helpful people. The apartment is located in a condominium surrounded by gardens, very well-kept and super clean walkways, equipped with all comforts, as indicated in the proposal, welcoming, and it's like feeling at home. During the stay we made a request and with kindness, and speed, it was resolved, demonstrating, if necessary, care and attention to people. In conclusion, we were welcomed and treated with education, familiarity and courtesy, in a nutshell, very well. We highly recommend everyone to take advantage of this apartment for a stay in Rome. We will certainly seize this opportunity in the future, if it is available. Sirio

I really liked the apartment, it was super new and organized, very quiet, and the host Daniele Luca was super proactive and flexible. the apartment just 300 meters from the Metro and with a market on the back street was perfect.

Very nice, big and clean apartment suitable especially for families. We booked on a short notice (the same day) and the apartment was ready and clean when we arrived. The owner responded right away to all enquiries. The location is perfect if besides Rome you want to visit some sights around Rome (we went to Tivoli and to the outlet Castelo Romano), Rome is accessible by public transportation (15-20 min walk to the metro station). A big plus was the gated parking next to the house. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

Ervis was always very available and responsive when I needed (responses in the next few minutes). Great location a few minutes from the sea, also with a part of public beach. Lots of restaurants around, a great market - 2min away, free park spots in the neighborhood available all the time. neighborhood on. Air-conditioned and comfortable apartment with all the necessities and above all clean! without hesitation I go back!

From the first moment on the Airb&b platform the host was super willing to provide any guidance. The very welcoming environment, even at a distance of kilometers, both the excellent condition of the apartment and Fabio's kindness made us feel at home.

Friendly and kind Perfect and clean home

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

This was a beautiful country side house amidst olive gardens. It was clean, well furnished and convenient. Tony and Joanne went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Would stay here again in a heart beat if I’m in the area!

Everything was considered in the house. Everything we needed was available with the instructions to use it. Marco answered our questions at all times and showed constant attention to whether we needed it. We were very satisfied with the stay, we made a walk to the train station because we did not have a car, we did a taxi at night. The taxis do not work until late hours, but there are private taxi services, if you arrange one of those services before the stay, you will be more comfortable to go to the station. Apart from that, you can walk by the sea on two lower streets and enter the sea in the summer. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Nice clean, well-kept condominium with private pool and the sea a few steps away. The apartment is very nice with all the comforts including precious air conditioning...nice terrace with an ideal tent for lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

The place was very modern with very secure doors and windows. Giuseppe was an extremely attentive host and very clear and reasonable about his expectations of your behavior while staying in his place. It was more in the country than downtown but the city attractions were easy enough to get to by public transport, or by car if you are use to driving on italian streets. We would definitely stay here again if we ever made it back to Rome.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Marks home was in an amazing location, lots of great places for food, gelato and spritz just a block away! His place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would stay again.
