Нила was very hospitable and understanding. The flat is a great bargain for a fully equipped apartment in Almaty (outskirts) despite not being the newest build.

Svetlana is a very responsive host. Apartment was very clean. All bus stops are nearby. She also provided me her bus card, which made my commute easier. 10/10 recommend. Looking forward to stay again in the near future

Yuri & Irina are very helpful, fast response, they will always trying their best to fulfill our needs. They provided us simcard for free, thermos for travel far, umbrella, bus card, kitchen with good facilities with their great coffee machine. We asked yuri to help us for purchase the same coffee machine like them, he helped us without hassle! We lost when we wrongly picked in cab apps location, Yuri came and managed to find us! Such an extra miles service!! Thanks a lot Yuri & Irina (she always share the recipe when we ask about the local food) .. both of u will be missed! You gave us a lot of sweet memories in Almaty. Spasibo rahmet! 🫶🏽

We stayed 14 days and had a great time. Everything worked very well and was very well equipped for a long term stay. the view was also incredible every morning.
