First of all ....Room was exactly shown in picture, was neat and clean with all facilities and services mentioned or described on Airbnb and easy to utilise,second Great location with beautiful surroundings, With Koktobe mountain view one of the tourist attraction in Almaty, place is at central Almaty so u can easily reach some other tourist attractions by walking distance,such as Museum,Almaty city and monument and parks stores,Had great and Unforgettable experience was too good.....!!❤️❤️And the Host Olga was so kind and helpful,helped us with money transaction to tour company though her daughter was sick ,she was continue in touch with us and was ready to help us 🙏🙏 Great person and Human😇🙏 so just close your eye and just go and book without any doubt with such a wonderful host ☺️❤️

Instructions were clear, a bit difficult to find the place but neighbors were nice. Room is clean, complete with amenities needed for a short stay. Marta was easy to communicate with. Overall a great place to stay at

Great location, walking distance to tourist spot and many good restaurants surrounding. Amazing view from balcony. The place is clean and good water pressure for nice shower after long day. We also have a good sleep, as it is very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

I love the simple decoration style, the communication is also timely and smooth, the city is not very easy to travel, I recommend this residence to everyone.

A HIDDEN GEM that exceeded our expectations! I must admit, I was initially reluctant to book this property due to its relatively new presence and limited reviews at the time. I’m glad I took a chance and booked this incredible cabin. I would’ve regretted it if we hadn’t experienced this magic. Malika & Andrey the hosts are fantastic they’re proactive, helpful and provided great offbeat suggestions. They ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect. The place has great Mountain Views and is nestled in an apple orchard. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, it’s equipped with heaters and hot water ensuring we stayed warm during chilli winters. The cute and cuddly cats and delicious meals at their cafe only added to the charm. Perfect retreat away from the city chaos. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable experience. Don’t hesitate- book this place without a second thought! We would love to return and relive the magic of this cabin.

Really cool little airbnb. Amazing views. Everything you need - except a washing machine (we used the sink to wash some things). Really nice host. Special place and would definitely go back.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price

The apartment is located in a high standing residence with a full secure access through the gate, no strangers can access the courtyard which is calm and nice. There is a drugstore and a supermarket on the ground floor. You wake up and go to sleep with an amazing view on the mountains. The location is a dream, everything is close to the apartment and you can walk to the historical center. If you dance shopping there is a huge high end mall Dostyk Plaza just in front. Venera is a very friendly and flexible person. I would definitely stay in her apartment again. 5/5. Happy to know this address in town.
