Aida's apartment is such a lovely place. Felt very home-like. The locarption was great. There wad a small 24/7 grocery store downstairs. The host was very responsive

This place was nice. Accommodate well for my family (2 adult and 2 kids) the kitchen has everything we need. The location Is not on the center of the city, but the area is really nice and the taxi in kz is very cheap. (Around 2-3 USD to the main city) many restaurants and supermarkets just behind the building, i recommend to try the eva coffee which is walking distance from the apartment. They open at 7, have a great coffee, tea and breakfast. The host was extremely helpful and nice. He greeted us when we arrived, having some house tour and gave us restaurant recommendations.

Absolutely loved the stay, nice and peaceful neighbourhood, right in the city centre. Marta was very friendly and easy to communicate with, everything went smooth. Haven’t got even one little thing to complain about. Recommended.

Had an amazing time staying at this apartment. It’s just as it is shown in the pictures. Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment for my stay in Almaty. The only concern you might face is if you’re carrying heavy luggage as there is no lift in the building. But it’s not that big of a concern. Would surely recommend it.

Cozy place with a convenient location in the center. There are metro, cafes, shops nearby. The apartment was quiet, the neighbors and the noise of the street did not bother. The interior was delightful, rarely when you can find such a place. Very atmospheric. The host of the apartment left detailed check-in instructions and how to call a taxi to the house more convenient.

I used to live in Almaty, and can tell that this apartment is absolutely amazing, offering top-tier quality and a fantastic location that's perfect for exploring the area. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, exceeding all expectations. The hosts are incredibly helpful and responsive.

The host is very much helpful before and during our stay.The place is amazingly beyond our expectation! what more during winter time, we cannot believe our eyes when we look at the view. the view is superb, the interior is well designed, the bbq is an unexpected bonus, the star gazing activity that we can do is something else. we believe staying here give a whole new and perspective to what almaty is, Far from the chaotic city life, our last 2 days in Almaty that we spend here is definitely the best desicion we ever make. We'll come back in Almaty just for this view again and again. In fact, we almost extend our stay here for another 2-3days just to stay here. The only thing stopping us was that when we check with airbnb, the place will be occupied after we check out. All in all, should you have doubt either or not to spend your money here, say no more and try it yourselves.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price
