Modern Design Apartment near MegaPark Mall

Aida & Serik were fabulous host ,always responsive - you text them and the reply is in a jiffy. We loved the apartment super spacious which was great for our daughter n us. The kitchen had everything you need. The apartment complex had many play areas/parks which again made our stay with our daughter too peaceful and we had a lovely time. The apartment is centrally located and a mall is a stones throw away. The driver they arranged Vladimir was extremely hospitable , took us on daytrips and picked and dropped us to airport.His car is perfect for families with kids and lots of luggage.

The apartment location is convenient. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks all in walking distance. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, while being not too far from the botanical garden and KazNU. Azamat was always responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up. Thank you!

Miracle is miracle and warm home

It’s kind of home away from home. The host is really wonderful, responsive and supportive all the time. Being an anxious person, I’ve asked number of questions which were answered in detail with patience. The location is really nice. Money exchange, ATM, grocery store everything nearby. Due to the avalanche that hit in the city, the power in the apartment was gone for a couple of hours during which the host has arranged a hotel room nearby. But we didn’t have to use it as the power was restored by the time we decided to move. She has arranged driver for us for the green bazar visit as well as for airport drop off. This is an iconic choice for family as there’s a huge play area in the apartment for kids and a decent kitchen in the room to cook the food during the stay out of our city. The host has bought the us the weighing machine for our packing and printed out boarding pass for flight. What else do we expect from a host! I would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting Almaty.

A cozy, cute apartment in Almaty.

A lovely, well-furnished apartment. The flat is big, clean, and comfortable. It has all the essential appliances and kitchen items, and even a big TV and dishwasher. It's in a newly built block in a quiet but well-connected part of town. The block's near a number of shops, has a nice cafe on the ground floor, and is just opposite a well-equipped gym (with well priced day passes!). Bekzat was a perfect host --- very communicative and understanding. He gave clear instructions for checking in and sorted the questions I had very quickly. I'd very much recommend!

Great location, walking distance to tourist spot and many good restaurants surrounding. Amazing view from balcony. The place is clean and good water pressure for nice shower after long day. We also have a good sleep, as it is very quiet at night. Highly recommended.

M.O.O.N. Apartments - Center, Soviet modernism.

I liked the place but it looked less refined than the pictures. The area is great, near the pedestrian street with a lot of cafes near by, Panfilov street. However, the particular house and the courtyard look sketchy. The place is spacious and has all the basics which compensates the worn out feel of the building. There is one on the wall AC unit in one room, it was adequate for warm weather but I can imagine this place would be hot when the weather is hot. Overall I felt the place was worth the price

Very, very nice house, clean, fragrant house, very close to the metro station (Alato metro station).Very, very nice host, cared about our itinerary along the way and responded with questions on the day of check in.In the beginning in Almaty, this handsome and enthusiastic host made our itinerary easy and smooth.The best part is a great host in both English and Russian (unlike some hosts, written English, not really).Hit downstairs, the host came down to pick up, and the various quotes were concise and rigorous.All kinds of inquiries were also very patient.What touched me the most: because the itinerary joining me was at 8:30 pm, we left our luggage until 6:00 to pick it up.The host let me pick up my luggage at 6 o'clock and give him the key.At 6 o'clock the host was in the room or even came downstairs to pick us up.The 4 large boxes of our two ladies, the host ran two trips to proactively bring down 2, which was incredibly touched.The house is left with the key to the unit door, the upstairs can both be swipe card and password, it is safe even though it is an old neighborhood stairs room.Already recommended this home to friends around.Will be coming to Almaty in the future and hope to stay again sometime.

Sebastian’s place was lovely! Wish I could have stayed for longer, I really fell in love with the apartment and the area - very central and easily walkable to many different areas and restaurants. Sebastien was also extremely helpful, very responsive and very friendly. He went above and beyond to help with a problem I had with the keys (my fault completely) and didnt expect anything in return. I 100% recommend him as a host and really enjoyed my stay at his house. Thanks!!

Two-room apartment in Soho-17

Very nice apartment and wonderful location. What is worth one thing only the view of the mountains😍 The apartment was clean and cozy. There were all the necessary amenities: soap, tooth brush, paste, shampoo, lots of towels and change of bed linen. Even an iron and an iron. The only thing at night was hot in the apartment, and everything else suited me.

Wonderful apartment in the center. Everything is thought out, the feeling of living is like at home. Fully corresponds to the photos, even better. The bed is comfortable, wi-fi is fast. There are many cafes nearby, there are shops, a public transport stop. We will be happy to stay again : ) From the nuances: the windows overlook the road, it can be noisy.
