Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay! The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very friendly and responsive. The bed and furniture were comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The location was also great—close to major attractions and public transportation, which made getting around easy. The quiet environment allowed for a good night’s sleep as well. Pros: • Clean and well-maintained space • Friendly and responsive host • Comfortable bed and furniture • Great location with easy access to transportation • Quiet and peaceful atmosphere Cons: • Lack of cooking facilities such as an induction stove or gas range Although the lack of cooking facilities was a minor downside, everything else was perfect. I would love to stay here again!

We are very satisfied with Mr. Metin's hospitality. The location of the house was close to the city center and comfortable with transportation. We did not have any problems other than the parking problem. The house was really clean and just like the visuals.

We absolutely loved this place—I’d wager it’s one of the best views in Kusadasi, and it’s directly on the port/in the middle of all the best spots to visit. He gave us a great recommendation for the restaurant downstairs (Liman Rest.) and it was so good we ate there twice. Hüsnü was kind, friendly, the apartment was clean, and he offered a lot of extra help and support. Perfect for a couple and also if you have kids or 3-4 people (one main bedroom and two smaller beds in the other room). Highly recommend and we will be back if we’re ever in Kusadasi.

Thanks to the central location of the house, we were able to reach everywhere smoothly and quickly. This made it very easy for us. The cleanliness of the house was also extremely good. It was a comfortable and nice house in every way.

Excellent apartment, plenty of room for 6 of us, very clean, Korhan helped us out very quickly with any queries. The apartment has terraces on 2 sides, so you can avoid the sun of you prefer, and a really good living room as well. 5 mins walk to the beach, and you can drive / take a bus ( 20 mins) to Ayvalik, an old town further along the coast well worth a visit

Since it was very close to the main street for transportation, it was easy for us to reach. We went as 2 vehicles, we did not have any problems with parking, just the area where we could park was a little narrow, but it was safe. The house looks wider than it looks in the photos. The bedrooms upstairs are separate and nice but the bedroom downstairs has a little bit of privacy, we had to say that we were coming down the stairs. Having 3 air conditioners in the house is a very nice detail in these hot weather. Since the water in one of the bathrooms was slow, we only used one and the other as a toilet. The large front garden offers seating, conversation, and a good time. Our host and his mother were very caring, we didn't have any questions left, and our questions were usually answered very quickly. We found it quite adequate and beautiful in terms of Price/Performance. We plan to go back next year.

Everything was amazing during our stay in Maris. Ms. Ezgi's interest is great. We are very pleased that they are also friendly to our pets. The house was immaculate and tidy. Location in the most beautiful place in Alsancak. Close to everywhere. It was also great to have many restaurants and cafes. In short, we were very satisfied as a family. Thank you

We had a very nice time in the vacation home of Mukaddes. There is plenty of room and you can sit outside. The house is close to a main road, so you can easily discover the spacious area by car. The beach is nice and is within walking distance. Mukaddes may be the sweetest hostess ever! She always smiles and overloaded us with fresh fruit from her own garden. Great!

First of all, we thank the distinguished father for his warmth, friendliness, hospitality, honesty, goodwill and many things I can't count on… A very good host… The house is really spacious and immaculate…Everything is really tidy and convenient… Those with cleanliness can leave their doubts on one side… Comfort in the garden, peace and quiet, you can't afford to taste the sun…In short, everything is 10/10 👍

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, always there to assist us with anything we needed. Location is a perfect 10/10! The space itself is super cozy and inviting. we truly felt like we were at home. Would highly recommend!

We loved Ms. Dilek's house. Staying in a historic Greek house felt very peaceful. The location of the house is within walking distance of most places. The house was clean and tidy, the bathrooms were renovated. We took advantage of Ms. Dilek's sightseeing guide a lot. If I come again, I would like to stay here. Thank you so much again:)

The view of the sea and the sunset from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It feels like home away from home. There is everything available that you need. If you have trouble finding the place ask someone on the street. The host is very friendly and helpful

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

I stayed for a long time. The house is clean, everything is of new quality and very useful. The natural gas house heats everywhere. Like my own home, I think there is enough everything. A reliable site in a central location. I will stay again when I arrive.♥️♥️

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!

Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
