Holiday rentals with a fire pit in İzmir

It was very clean,cute, and as seen in the visuals. Ms. Firuze responded to our questions right away and was very helpful. It was a reliable and warm house. A place you may want to experience again and be very satisfied:)

Ms. Sinem was very caring, our stay offered us the best facilities during our holiday. The house was spotless and just like in the photos. The location was very nice, we reached everywhere on foot, Ms. Sinem informed us very well about getting to the house from the easiest way. It was a very pleasant house, we would like to choose it again as soon as possible😇

Mr. Ali was very helpful in the process from booking to our departure. Everything was as clean and quality as it should be. We loved it and were satisfied. We'd like to stay again in the future.

Mr. Mert and his wife are great hosts. The house was already much better than we could have predicted. I got a really nice and romantic environment with my wife. The house has everything, kitchen utensils, etc. The whole place was spotless and smelled good to the sheets. Thank you very much We would love to come back in spring and enjoy the garden as well. We would highly recommend :)

When we decided to stay at Marmaric Guest House, Mr. Erkan sent a detailed message with transportation, shopping, nearby markets, villages and the facilities provided by the house. In this way, we were able to easily get home and shop in advance. From our entrance, we understood that we would have a pleasant time with the smiling face of Mr. Erkan and the beauty of the house. Everything in the house was thought out down to the last detail, even protective-collapsing and friendly dogs were included :) There are natural areas around the house where you can walk on different routes for 3 days in a row. If you want, you can also explore walking routes in different villages by car. A peaceful and calm holiday awaits you, where you can start the day with the sun on your face and warm up in the evening cool on a wood fire. We would like to thank Mr. Erkan again for his hospitality and pleasant conversation.

It was a pleasant and quiet stay, Berat Bey always responded directly to questions. The apartment for the price does not have to be now but the price for the area is ok. If we are in Urla again we would be happy to be here again☺️

The place was amazing beyond our expectations. We didn't have any problems. The house and pool are amazing. Don't be fooled by a few negative comments. We did not have any problems with the host or the neighbors. A house where I will stay again without a second thought if I visit the Sigacik region again. Thanks to the host for their interest and interest.

We sincerely encourage Mr. Vahap and his wife, Ms. Ayfer, for their service to us and our dog, it is a place worth seeing with the garden of the place, we definitely recommend it! We recommend it so much that the municipality staff should take a vacation here, do it and learn how to arrange the garden environment, this should be the right to give the job, it has a status that has peaked on our list so far! Balıklıova is definitely a location worth seeing, the nature of the air and the sea will fascinate you, the only problem is the infrastructure, as it is in our geographically Aegean cities, unfortunately the municipality is a fiasco!!!

Nilüfer’s Airbnb in İzmir was great. My friends and I were visiting for a wedding, and the location was very convenient. The balcony has a great view and would have been perfect for a fire if it was a bit colder. Nilüfer was so helpful and very informative. I would definitely consider coming back when I go to İzmir again.

Clean accommodation, check in very friendly helpful, location is mega good with or without public transport. Price/performance is fine.
