Pet-friendly holiday rentals in İzmir

Ezgi had prepared a very comfortable, clean and historical house for us. Everything was thought out in advance and even though we arrived early, we were handed over the key in a short time. The location is within walking distance of everything in the city center of Izmir, but since the nightlife is very lively, it can be noisy for those who are looking for a quiet stay. It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay in a historical Greek house!

When we decided to stay at Marmaric Guest House, Mr. Erkan sent a detailed message with transportation, shopping, nearby markets, villages and the facilities provided by the house. In this way, we were able to easily get home and shop in advance. From our entrance, we understood that we would have a pleasant time with the smiling face of Mr. Erkan and the beauty of the house. Everything in the house was thought out down to the last detail, even protective-collapsing and friendly dogs were included :) There are natural areas around the house where you can walk on different routes for 3 days in a row. If you want, you can also explore walking routes in different villages by car. A peaceful and calm holiday awaits you, where you can start the day with the sun on your face and warm up in the evening cool on a wood fire. We would like to thank Mr. Erkan again for his hospitality and pleasant conversation.

Mr. Suat and Ms. Bahar are wonderful people, their businesses are immaculate and peaceful. We incredibly enjoyed the stone houses, the garden is very well-maintained. Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

It was a lot better than the hotel, and we felt comfortable like our own home, everything was quite enough, everything is spotlessly clean We were extremely satisfied, even unused toothbrushes, as a gift, the host is thoughtful and very interested in the house, we stayed for 3 days, but it was definitely very nice

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

We had a wonderful holiday holiday with our 4 adults and 2 pawed daughters. The location of the house, the size of the four rooms, it was very nice to have their own bathrooms. The living room of the house is very passable and has a very nice burning fireplace. We did not have any heating problems with the heaters in each room. The house has a very nice pool and garden for summer. Both Ms. Meray and Ms. Idil were very supportive in all kinds of matters until they left the first booking stage. We easily parked our car around Hacımemiş mosque, the house is only 5 minutes away. A very beautiful home that we also want to experience Little Lucky summer...

We spent 4 nights during New Year's Eve in this beautiful house. First of all, it was very clean and decorated with special care for the New Year. The hosts are a very friendly couple and they welcomed us very well, they made the house warm before we arrived. In addition to the air conditioners, we lit the fireplace, it was smooth and heated nicely. It was a very peaceful house, we felt like we had officially returned home from the outside. The bathrooms , beds, linens were very nice and clean. We ended our vacation sure to come back again. Thank you so much to the hosts, we look forward to going again.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

First of all, Mr. Ali Ozan's communication was very friendly and very kind. We stayed for 3 days and could reach Mr. Ali at any time. The house is very sweet and the treats inside satisfied us very much. It is also a very clean and spacious house in terms of cleanliness. Great place, great location, clean, and versatile for large groups. The beds are pretty hard, and it is hard to find space for your luggage. Washer and dryer are very nice. I was so happy with our stay here. Super easy check in, and really great host to work with. We had a big group and it was so hard to coordinate many different schedules, and this host just made it so much easier for me by being flexible. It made a HUGE difference.

The place is cozy, clean and has everything you need.

We will have a very sweet time in a lovely house. I recommend it for a peaceful stay with its fireplace and local atmosphere.

Ms. Gülser is a very sweet host, even though our check-in was early, she came and welcomed us with understanding, her house is very beautiful, immaculate and in a very central location, we felt like we were at home in a very central location, she is definitely the first person I will call when I come back, thank you very much for everything.

I don't know how many times I preferred this house, the peace of this house is completely different ,very comfortable, and the interest is a quick solution, Mr. Cloud is very helpful, thanks to them. Since we had the most enjoyable moments with my family, we return happily every time and you definitely need to stay in a house where we will definitely stay more to understand the difference

Really enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. Very well kitted out with everything that you'd ever need. Coffee options galore. Peaceful setting with the house set a short distance back from a quiet road. The odd car travelling past is all that we really heard. Within walking distance from a local beach which was good. 20 minute drive from vibrant Alacati and I would HIGHLY recommend paying to use the toll road over toll free roads. Good communication from the host.
